Cons:

Die Unterkunft war geschlossen, obwohl ich sie auf Booking.com als geöffnet reserviert hatte. Das war ein Stress für mich. Zum Glück hatte ich eine Lösung, aber es war keine gute Erfahrung. Das nächste Mal werde ich mit der Reservierung vorsichtiger sein.

True hospitality at its best 🌺
Pros:

The whole experience of staying at the hotel exceeded my expectations. I only paid for a single room, and happened to mention my birthday which was during my stay. I was immediately upgraded to a beautiful big room with a conservatory overlooking a glorious garden (and a door leading to the garden). Delightful 🌺

A great spot and comfortable little room

L'amabilité du personnel, la piscine

Cons:

Les matelas des lits à ressort étaient très mauvais, j'ai très mal dormi. Il faudrait mettre des matelas nouveaux avec un minimum de fermeté.

Lovely place, lovely courteous staff and excellent service
Pros:

I’ve had bar meals in this hotel since I was a child and I’m 56 now and never been disappointed but this was my first time staying at the hotel. Everything was lovely, very clean room with everything you could possibly need and a great shower and facilities

Cons:

Nothing was wrong but next time I book I will ask for a room on a lower floor because I have a bad back.

The food in the restaurant was good, and the staff are friendly

Cons:

The hotel is rather dated and their is no Air Conditioning, so on a hot day you will need to leave a window open, however the area seems to have very early bin collections so prepare to be woken early

J'ai plutôt aimé.
Pros:

La chambre claire et spacieuse, la gentillesse du personnel et le parc qui est en fait, un parc historique méconnu comme l'établissement lui-même, ce qui lui donne un charme un peu désuet mais vraiment sympathique et fait passer un très relatif inconfort.

Cons:

La robinetterie de la baignoire et le mixer pour la douche pas du tout commode à manipuler. Signaler que ce type d'installation, baignoire avec douche accessoire, est tout à fait incommode quand on ne prend que des douches et même assez dangereux pour des personnes âgées .

Nailed on steady hotel short stay visit
Pros:

We can cover jobs to the Channel Islands a number of times during the course of a year. Grange Lodge always provides comfort, reliability and a great price even in the busiest of months when we go there.

Food in bar/restaurant is excellent 👌, good value and the staff are uber efficient. Am sure myself or one of my staff will be back in the not too distant future.

Clean tidy well kept hotel well placed for town freindly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast cooked to order by very friendly staff was hearty and nicely cooked.

Cons:

The shower took a while for the hot water to come through, but that's my biggest complaint and not a complaint, really just an observation, hot when it did come through.
