Pros:

The receptionist was the worst , he didn’t really give us the basics like a decent room , he wasn’t listening to us , at one point we were about to leave the hotel and cancel the reservation, thanks to zaid he helped us a lot and gave us a good clean room 🙏🏻
The rooms were clean , the staff were nice , except the receptionist! 🙂🙂

الإفطار كان جيد اما موقع الفندق ممتاز

Cons:

لا توجد مصداقية من بعض موظفي الفندق حيث تم نقلي من الغرفة المطلة على الشارع الرئيسي الى غرفة اخرى بحجة الصيانة حيث اتفاجأ بأن الغرفة تم اعطائها لزبون آخر وكذلك حمامات الغرف جدا قديمة و لا تليق لفندق خمس نجوم

Room service needs enhancement
Pros:

All employees were welcoming and kind

Cons:

Room service was slow! The worst was the lady answering the room service number; she's rude! Her replies aren't compatible with a 5-star hotel at all. My rate would be higher if it wasn't for the room service lady.

Great place with friendly staff
Pros:

Very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, well equipped gym and good breakfast. The Club Access was amazing. Emad and Hamza did everything to make you feel comfortable. They provided excellent service.
