Pros:

I felt the for the price and service the Grant Hyatt is a fantastic Hotel. The price i paid this is one of the most cost effective hotels in Amman. The reason for this is because It' has a great location , the rooms are huge and the breakfast is brilliant

أقمت في فندق حياة وكانت تجربة غير مرضية. الغرفة تفتقر لكثير من الأساسيات، والمرافق خصوصًا الحمام لم تكن بمستوى جيد. لم أشعر بالراحة إطلاقًا، ولن أكرر الزيارة.

The room was to warm. Air conditioning was not working. Even the fan setting was warm.
The bathrooms are old.
The hairdryer was not working and had to be changed.

Pros:

The experience at the Grand Hyatt has been exceptional. They upgraded our room, made everything easy for us, and gave us an impressive room that was also connected to our children’s room. Honestly, everything—absolutely everything—has been magnificent. The staff are incredibly kind, the breakfast is amazing, the spa is fantastic, everything is spotlessly clean, and it truly makes you feel like royalty.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience.
Thank you so much for the warm welcome at check-in — it made us feel comfortable right away.
We were especially touched by the thoughtful birthday surprise for my husband. The cake and wine were such a lovely gesture and made our stay even more memorable.
All the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and thanks to them, my husband, our daughter, and I were all able to have a truly enjoyable and relaxing time.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!
