Grand Hyatt Amman

My experience here was great! The customer service from all of the employees was magnificent. I want to highlight and recommend everyone who visits to get a relaxation massage and mud treatment from Chhanchhani. Her expertise in her work is very noticeable hitting all of the right areas during the service. I travel quite often and receive relaxation massages frequently, one of the best !

Nice hotel, good food, good service, comfortable bed, quiet room. Location feels a little isolated with some stores nearby.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff is so kind, so welcoming – and the breakfast was superb. We went to the buffet, and that was excellent as well. Our room was very clean and well appointed.

We have stayed several times at Grand Hyatt Amman and all of them were nothing but perfect.
On our recent stay we arrived after midnight and were welcomed by Mohammad at the reception and he was accommodating, helpful and efficient.
The room was clean, spacious and has all the needed amenities.
The breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty. The food and beverage team were attentive.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE LOCATION NEAR THE CENTER

The hotel is in a great location and is secure. The staff [in the main] are great and keen to help where they can.

The rooms are tired and in need of a refurb and minor things [cracked tiles; chipped baths; curtains not on tracks] add up to giver a substandard impression.

The gym is great with lots of different equipment all of which is in great condition and looked after. The spa too is really good with excellent staff keeping it clean and tidy.

The main restaurant has a limited menu and inconsistency in the quality of food. There are lots of staff, but you can be ignored and left waiting to place an order, or even to receive a bill. The opportunity to fill empty glasses is missed and missing cutlery is all too common.

There is an Italian restaurant too which is excellent. The food and the service are great and just what is expected. The service is attentive and quick; the food is really consistent and high quality. The hotel can get it right.

Shadi checked us in, he acknowledged my Hyatt status and upgraded us to a suite. We walked into a birthday cake, a box of chocolates and handwritten note beautifully placed next to the coffeemaker, as well as bottles of sparkling water. The suite is spotless with the usual Hyatt amenities. Love the bed and pillows the most: we slept so well on our entire stay! Appreciated the powder room and extra toilet in the suite.

Cocktail hour for Globalists is on the 1st floor: salads, appetizers, cocktails are served. Breakfast buffet with a view of the Blue Mosque is fantastic. We were impressed with the service.

Enjoyed going to the spa before bedtime. The indoor pool, steam room, jacuzzi and sauna were great! The Thai lady at the spa is so nice, every interaction with her was pleasant and warm.

The location of the hotel is great: it’s 45 mins to the airport and an easy/cheap uber ride to the touristy spots and souks. We felt safe in the area. Highly recommended!

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. They gave us a very warm welcome and gave us also excellent recommendations for restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. All spa facilities, gym, indoors pool and jacuzzi were perfect touch to relax after a long day visiting Amman.

Very comfortable room and very nice people. They gave us late check out for free although we did not need it eventually.

I stayed one night at the Grand Hyatt Amman and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing, especially at night. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and high quality options. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Amman.

Very calm and clean hotel in a good location. Pool, sauna and steam room very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Excellent breakfast, great service overseen by very friendly and efficient Saed who was very helpful
