Výborné místo, milý personál a kamarádský pes Nemo :-).
Pros:

Výborná lokalita pro zimní sporty, zejména jako výchozí místo na běžky. Nutno počítat s dopravou na hotel skútrem, něco to stojí. Dobré snídaně a v rámci polopenze výborné večeře.

Wygląd restauracji – estetyczne i przyjemne wnętrze.

Cons:

Największym problemem był błąd w informacjach zawartych w ogłoszeniu. W ofercie podano dostępność sauny i jacuzzi, których na miejscu nie było, mimo że były one głównym powodem wyboru obiektu.
Dodatkowo brakowało informacji o utrudnionym dojeździe do obiektu w sezonie zimowym, co spowodowało dodatkowe trudności i koszty.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Essen hat geschmeckt

Cons:

In der Hotelbeschreibung könnte zur besseren Beschreibung stehen das im Winter der Zugang ( Zufahrt) ausschließlich mit einem gesonderten Schneetaxi vom zentralen Parkplatz aus dem Ort Pec zu erreichen ist und die Kosten natürlich selbst zu tragen sind.

Skvělý oddech
Pros:

Perfektní místo pro načerpání nových sil a optimismu. U snídaně nechybělo nic a vše bylo čerstvé, houstičky křupaly a ten skvělý chleba - mňam. Nádherně upravené okolí chaty a možnosti posezení. Výhled na Sněžku.

Cons:

V koupelně byly krásné obklady, ale dlažba to kazila. Chtělo to jednobarevnou dlažbu, klidně bílou.

Ruhig gelegenes und super schönes Sport- und Familienhotel mitten im Riesengebirge
Pros:

Die jungen Wirtsleute sind sehr herzlich, wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl und willkommen. Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit, das Hotel hat eine hervorragende und ruhige Lage zum Wandern im Riesengebirge. Es verfügt über eine große Sonnenterrasse, auf der man Frühstücken und Abendessen kann, wenn das Wetter es erlaubt. Hier wurde auch kurzfristig nach einem Regenguss der Tisch hergerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr lecker und das Frühstücksbuffet groß und abwechslungsreich
Kinder finden hier einen tollen Spielplatz, es gibt eine Feuerstelle und eine Relaxfläche. Alles abgewandt von der Straße mit weitem Blick ins Grüne auf den Schwarzberg. Haushund Emma konnte geknuddelt werden. Unser Zimmer war groß mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Wir waren mega begeistert.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit - im Bad wäre z.B ein Waschtischunterschrank zum Verstauen weiterer diverser Utensilien schön.
