Best Service, beautiful Architecture, superfriendly and helpful staff, rooms are very clean and comfortable

Rahala Safari is in its own lovely oasis with a garden, dining hall, and protected fireplace. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed, beds are comfy and clean, showers are hot and plentiful.
The best part is the hospitality and warmth of their staff. Ahmed and Mahmoud spoiled us rotten with delicious meals, a trip to the hot springs and a two night stay in the desert.
We have been in Egypt for a month, and this has been one of our best stays. I cannot recommend Rahala Safari enough!

Ahmet was very helpful - he told us about blocked road from Siwa, got us late supper when we arrived, organized an overnight tour to the desert, let us park our car and even offered shower next morning.

Hostitel Ahmed byl velice laskav. Připravil pro náš pokoj o třídu lepší, než jsme objednali. V pokoji je lednička,, el. konvice, uvítací misa s ovoci. I přes to, jsme neobjednali večeři, přinesl nám mísu domácích egyptských specialit. Bylo velmi příjemné. A hlavně, když jsme objednali celodenní výlet do Bílé pouště, včetně noclehu v poušti, nabídl, že nemusíte platit druhou nic v hotelu. Naše auto jsme mohli zdarma zaparkovat vedle hotelu. Všem vřele doporučuji tento hotel. Výlet do pouště byl to nejlepší, či jsem v Egyptě zažil.

This was one of the most beautiful experiences and the best accommodation during our long trip to Egypt. I definitely recommend it. The host is helpful, the breakfast and dinner are plentiful and delicious. You can eat whatever you want, you won't have any problems with your stomach, which is a big advantage. We rented several rooms, all of them very clean, the bathroom is also clean and spacious. We received very delicious local grapes and dates as a gift upon arrival, and when we left too! That was very nice.
I recommend that you definitely ask for the desert safari with the hotel's own car! Mahmud will take you to many places, but he will let you wander around on your own for a bit. He will show you many hidden beauties that few people get to see. If you like something, he will stop and wait patiently. This is what a traveler needs!
Believe me, after all the Egyptian cultural attractions, you need to get to know the real Egyptian desert! The best opportunity for this is the Rahala Safari Hotel tour! I am attaching pictures, all of which were taken by us. You can see 6 different deserts, an unforgettable experience.
If you are coming as a solo traveler, be sure to ask and listen to Ahmed's advice, so you can get to the Oasis quickly and easily. You can't use all the roads as a foreign traveler, but he knows how to get there.
The oasis and the accommodation are very safe, you won't have any problems even as a solo traveler. In two weeks we didn't experience any problems anywhere in Egypt, you don't have to be afraid.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Hamad, Hamadadab et Mahmoud, qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit plus que mémorable. La visite dans le désert blanc, partager le thé en famille chaque soir était un plus que nous avons apprécié devant le couché du soleil magnifique.
Les chambres sont spatieuses, les petits déjeuners et diners très copieux et délicieux, le cuisinier nous a régalés avec des spécialités egyptiennes .
Une très bonne adresse à retenir.

Ahmed ist der beste Gastgeber den man sich vorstellen kann und steht Tag und Nacht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Eines der am besten gemanagten Hotels in ganz Ägypten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ahmed [owner or main manager] was wery supportive, perfectly managing the ranch, help us in critical situasion with police and gave us good tips for tripping.
as for accomodation, it was very good, comfortable and clean. as for dish, the staff prepared royal's breakfast, really huge eating but also cook the dinner the same way - tasty and a lot. As for staff, they were warm and pleasant trying to serve well.
the only thing i met for first time 😀 was tea with milk prepared the way: tea bag poured with boiling milk.

I booked a night's stay at the hotel and owing to the prompt and effective communication with the owner, Mr. Ahmed, I ended up arranging a 2-day trip from Cairo (and back) to visit the White Desert and Bahariya Oasis with pitstops at Black mountain, Crystal mountain and the lake at Bahariya. The trip was very well arranged as the car, the driver and the experiences exceeded my expectations. Farafra is far and remote but we felt very safe at the hotel and staying close to the desert meant that we got more time to witness the magnificent beauty of the desert without camping or taking a long drive back to Bahariya/Bawiti after dark. The hotel itself was clean and very suitable for a night's stay. The staff was considerate to prepare food as per our dietary preferences. Overall, if one has time for a long drive from Cairo, I recommend arranging the stay and the trip with Rahala Safari Hotel to enjoy the wonders of the white desert.

Amazing choice to stay in Farafra and explore White desert. Host‘s Ahmed attitude to his job is admirable: he really interests in guests needs and do everything to fulfil it, many thanks. Nice maintained and cozy hotel territory, big dinning room, very good and variuos breakfast. Dinner is perfect, various and very cheap – only 5 euro for person, portions are very big. Room is spacious, very clean, comfy. Hot water and big shower cabin, that is unusual in Egypt. Comfy beds, clean linen, sheets, blankets, many drinking water for free. Hosts arrange amaizing jeep safaries to the White desert, it is worth every euro we‘ve paid. Free and safe parking, they washed our car for free. Hotel is family runned and they work hard for guest could feel good and safe despite of hard conditions, autorities and police - they are not about help, but about obstruction only.

Everything about Rahala Safari Hotel was excellent. Ahmed and the entire staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, dinner is tasty and plentiful. The lounge with the fire lit is wonderful and you feel like a Bedouin while drinking tea after dinner. The hotel has a beautiful garden with flowers and fruit trees, ideal for drinking tea or coffee.
