Minden nagyon rendben volt! Változatos ételek, szép és tiszta környezet, kedves személyzet. Busszal is könnyen megközelíthető. Panaszra semmi okunk nem volt.
Nem a szállás hibája, de a tengerbe bemenni körülményes a kövek miatt, de ez csak egy viszonylag rövid sáv, ami köves, előtte és utána teljesen jó.

Super miejsce na rodzinne wczasy. Cała rodzina zadowolona z jedzenia, standardu, atrakcji. Personel bardzo przyjazny zaskoczył Nas pozytywnie nie raz.
Mieliśmy dwa połączone pokoje co stanowił duży plus jednak w jednym był dobry zasięg WI-FI, a w drugim był bardzo słaby, ale to i tak nie wpływa na naszą ogólne.
Breakfast and dinner were very rich, varied, and delicious. The cocktails at the bar are excellent.
The water park is small and they restrict 2 slides to ages 10 and 140 cm. Towels are only distributed near the spa and not near the water park. Showers for guests who have checked out are only available in the gym, and it was difficult to find them
The food in the restaurant changed daily and for each meal, and was well organized by staff.
There was plenty of entertainment throughout the day.
Distances were short to get to the different parts of the hotel which was ideal having younger and older family members.
Some tips and suggestions for continuous improvement:
The hotel is missing some key maintenance in some places. For example, there were signs of aging and rust in doors which could be improved.
Music at the Mini Disco each night was way too loud for the littler ones. Please consider adjusting the volume to the size of the venue and ages.
Please fix the playground gate so it is not locked when it should be open.
Good food, good beach location, close to the airport.
Complete lack of rules in this hotel. The sunbeds are booked at 7 am. Some are booked with bathroom hand towels other some shoes other just a keycard. In the beach someone stacked one sunbed across 3 others and then placed a tshirt on top and the hotel employees do nothing. It’s not that hard to have a couple of signs up and explain to guests at checkin that no sunbed booking is allowed and that after 30m, empty sunbeds are freed. Then there is extremely loud music shows until after midnight preventing our kids from being able to sleep. It wouldn’t hurt to place guests with kids away from the music and stop it after 11. Also people smoke everywhere in the beach and even next to the baby pool on the water park, you can even smoke in your room as there are ash trays everywhere. Yes the food is good and the rooms and pool are good but it’s hard to enjoy it when you are constantly stressed to get a place and get smoke in your kids face and then you can’t sleep…

היינו זוג עם 3 ילדים בגילאים 15,12,9 והיה פשוט מושלם לא רצינו לעזוב את המקום.
מרחבים ענקיים, המון צמחייה (יש אפילו הסברים על הצמחים השונים) 2 בריכות גדולות ומפנקות, חוף ים פרטי צמוד עם ספורט ימי שווה ביותר, פעילויות במהלך היום, ברים שפזורים ברחבי הריזורט, אוכל מגוון טעים וטרי גם בחדר האוכל וגם במסעדות ובסנאק בר, מסעדת קרפים וופל בלגי שווה במיוחד, חדרים מודרניים גדולים ומרווחים עם מרפסת.
כל אנשי הצוות לבביים, מסבירי פנים ושמחים לסייע בכל בקשה.
בקיצור שווה ביותר היה לנו נופש חלומי כיפי ומפנק!!!
קליטה סלולרית חלשה וגם האינטרנט האלחוטי חלש
המלון היה מרווח, מתקני פארק המים היו טובים, למרות שלא היו כמעט מגלשות לילדים מתחת לגיל 8. הצוות היה אדיב ושירותי מאד. האוכל היה טעים מאד ובשפע. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה אבל הייתה די קבועה. המתוקים והקינוחים בעיקר היו טעימים מאד ומושקעים. חוף הים היה נהדר.
הורגש שבסוף השבוע האוכל היה פחות מושקע. לעיתים לא היה מספיק היצע לצמחונים ומי שלא אוכל בשר. ההיצע של הקוקטיילים בחינם היה מוגבל. בחלק מהזמן חוף הים היה מעט מלוכלך מבדלים של סיגריות. במלון יש עמדת קרפים טעימים מאד, אבל היה שם תור ארוך מאד. חדר האוכל מרווח, אבל המזגן שם חלש ולכן לעיתים חם שם. האינטרנט היה חלש בחלק מהמקומות למשל בחדרים.
Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, staff friendly . Food in main restaurant and snack bar excellent, as was the Greek restaurant ( on site) .Water park is very good, no long queues! Nice beach, lots of sunbeds.
Lifeguards are exceptional, with great first aid skills.
Evening entertainment could be improved as well as the area set out for it. Location of hotel is remote, but bus services are cheap and regular
The resort grounds are beautiful, pleasant, and very inviting.
There are plenty of common areas and meeting spots throughout the property, which creates a nice and social atmosphere.
Overall, the place is clean, well-maintained, and organized.
The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.
The access to the beach was very convenient and just a short walk away, and the views from the resort were truly impressive.
The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
A special highlight was the authentic Greek restaurant — the food was excellent in both taste and presentation, and the atmosphere was wonderful.
The spa was a great experience as well — I highly recommend the facial treatment, it was absolutely amazing.
There was no air conditioning in the lobby or the restaurant.
The stay didn’t really feel “all-inclusive” — ice cream and slushies came at an extra cost, the coffee from the machine was terrible, and decent coffee also required an additional payment.
Even using the safe in the room came with a fee.
To be honest, it felt like the hotel was constantly trying to squeeze more money out of the guests, which I really didn’t appreciate.
The food was very diverse, but unfortunately, the quality was quite poor.
When something is advertised as all-inclusive, all of the above should be included. And if certain drinks or treats do come at an extra cost, they should be placed in a clearly separate area — not at the bar or along the path to the kids’ pool.
