Pros:

Skvělá kuchyně, všeho dostatek.

A truly memorable stay
Pros:

We had a truly memorable vacation.
The hotel, in the immediate vicinity of the slope, with easily accessible parking, dedicated ski storage space for each room and a family atmosphere.
The hosts were extremely attentive and kind, anticipating and naturally fulfilling the wishes of the guests.
And the food... five stars. Every evening was a gastronomic surprise and a culinary treat

Abtauchen in die Welt der Entspannung und des Genusses
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, kommen aber ganz sicher wieder! Das Essen war unglaublich gut und hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Die Familie führt das Hotel mit so viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail – von den Saunen über das Schwimmbad bis hin zum wunderschön eingerichteten Ruheraum. Begeistert hat uns auch das reichhaltige Frühstück mit einer tollen Obstauswahl.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Es hat alles rundherum gepasst, das Essen war außer gewöhnlich und extrem lecker.
Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich ändern würde, wäre eine Beschilderung des Essens z.B was für ein Käse, Dressings, Marmelade u.s.w

Gourmet-Genießen am idyllischen Bach.
Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein schönes, nettes Hotel in absoluter Ruhe, wenn auch unweit der Straße; prinzipiell hört man nur den Bach. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und sehr schön. Das Essen als Gourmet-Hotel hervorragend mit Haubenküche und Mehr-Gänge-Menü und Nachmittagssnack in der Halbpension. Das Personal war äußerst nett und auch das Angebot des Hotels war durchaus zuvorkommend. Der Spa- und Wellness-Bereich verfügt über einen Indoor-Pool (Außenpool wird bereits geplant) sowie über eine Innen- und Außensauna wie auch ein finnisches Bad. Das Angebot wird mir einem Ruheraum abgerundet. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr familienfreundlich und bietet ebenfalls Angebote (wie im Schwimmbad) für Kinder an. Parkplätze gleich vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Lediglich gab es 2 Schwachpunkte: zum einen war die WLAN-Verbindung im gesamten Hotel sehr schlecht (existierte zwar, funktionierte aber nicht); zum anderen könne man bei den Erholungsangeboten (z.B. Snacks und Tee) im Spa-Bereich auf regionalere Produkte zurückgreifen. Aber insgesamt fallen diese Schwachstellen in de Kategorie "Jammern auf hohem Niveau".
