大変良かったです。
Pros:

朝食、本当に良かった。歓楽街近くてよかった。

Cons:

部屋が溝臭かったが、別な部屋にすぐ変えてくれて、対応がたいへんよかった。ただ、事前に異常を確認をしてほしかった。

Close to the station although Google maps does not show the most direct route. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast with Japanese and western choices. Lots of local restaurant choices in the area. Very friendly locals.

Cons:

Typically for Japan, rooms a bit on the small side but the room was fine for a solo traveller.

共同風呂とコインランドリー(無料、洗剤不要)があった
電子レンジがレストラン入り口にあって牛乳を温めて温かいカフェ・オ・レが飲めた
