La chambre est très bien. Nous avons aussi eu un lit bebe pour notre fille
1- le personnel: pas de notion de service/ pas de sourire. On doit deplacer des tables tout seul par exemple.
2- pas de petit dej pour nos enfants. Sous prétexte que leur séjour est gratuit, qu’ils ne proposent pas de petit dej aux enfants. Une honte. On a fait une multitude d’hôtel ou les enfants ne payent pas le séjour mais les les enfants avaient toujours droit aux petits dejeuner.
3- ln a droit qu’a un seul plat pour le petit dej avec des quantités très petites.
This hotel is absolutely sensational. It's located about 10 minutes from the pier, in a quiet section of Long Set Beach. It is removed from the busy bars and almost feels like you're on a private beach. The staff are so friendly and incredibly hard working. They made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself is stunning. The restaurant and bar is really well designed, as is the pool. There are plenty of sun loungers next to the pool and on the beach that are specifically for guests of the hotel. The rooms are a good size with a huge bed, large bathroom and plenty of storage space. The Aircon is very strong, plus the room has a fridge. Outside the room there is even a little water pot to wash your feet free from sand. The hotel has a restaurant with an extensive menu. We really enjoyed our breakfasts here. You can have eggs, pancakes, rice etc. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It's remarkable and we will be back!

Location on the beach was perfect. The Bungalw was modern and clean, great breakfast choices and the pool was a bonus. The resort is just clear of all te party music. The staff and cleaners were lovely
The price was on the high side, but understandable
Everything was as always perfect.
Het hotel ligt heel rustig gelegen aan een werkelijk prachtig strand. Het ligt wel aan Longset Beach, maar precies op mooie afstand van het uitgaanscentrum, zodat je daar niets van merkt.
Het personeel is onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Wij hebben 5 nachten in het Beachwalk hotel geslapen en het was na onze rondreis door 6 Aziatische landen echt een verademing om alles even te kunnen laten bezinken 🤩

Spectacular place
All of it!! The staff are really helpful, the location is great, the outdoor shower was delightful and it is pure luxury on the beach front.

The swimming pool is big and clean. Each of staff were friendly and helpful. Their resort atmosphere is suitable for anyone who enjoy calm and quiet place.
The air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold enough and it wasn’t place beside the bed instead it was at another side. But overall is pretty nice
The property, the pool, and the location are beautiful.
Some of the staff were pleasant and friendly, but there is one guy working in the restaurant - maybe the manager? He was there all the time - who never smiled one single time. He gives the impression that he is an unhappy human being and is annoyed you are there, and it really brings the vibe down. It can't be fun for the other staff to work with him either. Not sure what someone with such a personality is doing working in hospitality, especially in Cambodia where usually everyone is so kind and lovely. The breakfast was good but we ordered lunch here once and it was not great so we ate elsewhere afterwards.
The room was nice and the location was good. Away from the young party people. The reception staff were very helpful as we needed to leave early. They didn’t charge us for the early check out, which was very kind.
Our room unfortunately smelled of cigarette smoke. They had put a burner in the room but we could still smell cigarettes.
Location on the beach with amazing views. Short walk to all bars and restaurants but quiet at night. Idyllic!
