The breakfast is really good indeed, location is good, close to park and center
It was clean, good for one night

Cons:

Gym opens at 0830 so no way to use it in the morning before breakfast and check out properly, but you have to pay and 18euro full price for a gym in a country side? Haha that’s rip off, even with the discount it’s too expensive.

the place could use some improvements and in general it’s too expensive, only thing worth it it’s the breakfast
