Cons:

Na vstupních dveřích do hotelu bylo uvedeno kontaktní telefonní číslo v případě potřeby. Snažili jsme se s partnerem pomoci ukrajinskému páru, kterému nepřišel email s virtuálními klíči a nemohli se dostat dovnitř. Volali jsme s partnerem na to číslo několikrát a bohužel jsme se nedovolali. Nikdo se nám zpět neozval ani druhý den. Pokud by se toto stalo přímo nám a hotel byl zaplacený, asi bychom z toho nebyli nadšeni.

Pros:

V pokoji vše prakticky a funkčně do detailu vyřešeno, nikde nechybí možnost na uložení potřeb nebo zavěšení čehokoliv. Zároveň v provedení sladěném s celým designem pokoje/hotelu. Pokoj útulný, pohodlný, klidná lokalita. Snídaně výborná, bohatá, podávaná s úsměvem.

Cons:

Pokoj je vybaven kávovarem a konvičkou, ale nebyl k dispozici čaj ani káva. Po náročném dni bych uvítala možnost si připravit šálek čaje nebo kávy, aniž bych musela znovu sednout do auta a jet nakupovat.

Katastrofa - nedoporučuji toto ubytování
Cons:

Naprostá katastrofa- kód od schránky kde měli byt klíče byl špatný a žádný klíč jsem nedostala a navíc mi nezvedali telefon který mají uvedeny jako recepci aby situaci řešili nikdy jsem nic horšího nezažila zůstala sem v zimě s kuframa na ulici a musela shánět jiné ubytování

Kleines,aber sehr feines Hotel mit Blick fürs Detail
Pros:

Das sehr kleine Boutique-Hotel mit weniger als 10 Zimmern ist scheinbar in einem ehemaligen Fabrikgebäude errichtet worden. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, aber sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Qualität der Betten ist sehr gut , die Zimmer sind ruhig und das Bad ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Insgesamt ist das Hotel noch sehr neu, was die Qualität der sanitären Einrichtungen anhebt, wenn ich von zweckmässig spreche. Das Frühstück wird im angrenzenden Bistro bereitgehalten. Das Frühstück bietet nicht besonders viel Auswahl, man wählt aus drei zusätzlichen Angeboten wie z.B. Rührei oder Müsli/Porridge. Obligatorisch ist eine Brot/Aufschnitt-Platte und Säfte bzw. Kaffee/Tee. Die Zusatzleistungen werden frisch zubereitet. Das Porridge wird im Thermomix zubereitet und schmeckt wirklich gut.

Pros:

Hotel je moc hezký, líbil se mi koncept, kdy firma na výrobu má i vlastní hotel s bistrem a prodejnou. V ubytování je pak hezky vidět, co vlastně ve výrobě dělají. Přístup je velice moderní, kdy si všechno otevřete přes NFC v mobilu a aplikaci.

Snídaně nejsou klasickou formou bufetu, ale je tam nápoj (džus, káva, čaj) a studený talíř pro každou osobu + výběr z jídel, které vám k snídani udělají. Výběr byl za mě naprosto v pořádku a člověk odcházel příjemně nasycen. Obsluha byla moc milá a slečna kuchařka velice šikovná.

Poloha pro nás byla taky v pořádku, byli jsme autem, ale k nádraží je to pěšky pár minut. Do centra pak kolem půl hodinky hezké procházky. Případně je přímo před hotelem autobusová zastávka.

Cons:

Nebyl doplněn sprchový gel, ale měli jsme vlastní, tak nám to příliš nevadilo.

Disappointing
Pros:

Big parking. Rooms were nice and quite big. Not bad location, but for a walk on foot to the city center is a 30min walk.

Cons:

NO reception. Electronic keys that are not working properly. No information about codes for keybox. When you combine that with no answering the phone by hotel you will get situation when You cannot access to the parking and You cannot enter the rooms. We were waiting for 30min to someone to open the gate to parking (system failure) and 20min to get the keys (i was unlucky to have a room that was not electronically secured). Funny but solving this would be sending an keybox code in a separate massage at the day of arrival and placing access cards in it. Unfortunately non of that were made by our arrival.
