Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Parkgarage spitze. Nur bei Bettdecke und Polster Verbesserungsbedarf.
Pros:

Super Lage, super Ausstattung, sehr sauber, Parkhaus im Objekt. Altstadt vor der Tür, Supermarkt im Haus, tolle Küche im Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Betts war nicht so toll. Decke mit Plastikbeschichtung und Kopfpolster haben mich nicht so gut schlafen lassen. Man muss auch mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, weil Straße direkt vor dem Fenster.

překvapivě dobré ubytování v centru Budějovic
Pros:

Nejvíc jsme ocenili prostorný apartmán (rodinný typ). Moderně zařízený, s oddělenými ložnicemi. Vše 100% funkční. Budova je sice u frekventované silnice, ale okna dokonale tlumí zvuky z ulice a i interiér hotelu je tichý. Přístupové čipy fungovaly bez problémů, navíc byla k dispozici recepce, žádný problém se nevyskytl. Oceňujeme blízkost centra města.

Cons:

Měli jsme jen dvě vidličky a vybavení kuchyňským nádobím bylo slabší, ale použitelné.

Veľmi sa nám páčilo ubytovanie aj mesto , obchody , kaviareň a parkovanie priamo v objekte.

Cons:

Je potrebné doplniť príbory v kuchynke - chýbali malé lyžičky a vidličky. Nepohodlné vankúše vymeniť.

Unterkunft in Ordnung - Frühstück miserabel.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer selbst boten jedoch wenig Privatsphäre.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein und aus dem Abfluss im Bad riecht es fürchterlich.
Am schlimmsten war jedoch das Frühstück. Es war einfach nichts da, keiner das hat Buffet aufgefüllt. Keine Empfehlung.

Pros:

Ubytování je u parku a kousek od centra. Dobre parkování. Pokoje velké a prostorné. Dobré odhlučnění.

Cons:

Skleněné dveře byly nevhodne kvůli vnukovi. Doporučujeme uklizet i pod sedačkou, zapadla nám tam karta od pokoje a dost jsme koukali co tam všechno bylo.
Pokoj v patře nemá dveře, je zde otevřený prostor ke schodišti a obývacímu pokoji.

Maximális ajánlás!!!
Pros:

Remek helyen gyakorlatilag C.Budojovice szívében található a szállás ,gyalog pár perc séta a főtér ,de a vasútállomás is kb.csak negyed óra séta.
Nagyon jó kommunikáció a tulajdonossal ,online bejelntkezésre is van lehetőség.
Tágas ,tiszta szobák ,jól felszerelt és ízléses apartmanok.
Nagy és kénylemes volt az ágy,fürdőszoba is hatalmas és nagyon tiszta volt.
Reggelit lehet kérni amita testvér hotelben szolgálnak fel 5-6 percre az apartmantól.
Svédsztalos ,megfelelő választék is minden finom volt.
Igazan tetszett minden ,csak ajánlani tudom!
