El mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado
Pros:

Aunque el hotel era hermoso y cómodo, la pileta bien climatizada y con servicio de toallas, y el desayuno buffet súper variado, la atención del personal se destaca por encima de todo. Llegué a San Clemente siendo más nervios que persona, había decidido viajar para despejar la mente después de un período de mi vida super estresante y Silvia, en recepción, me trató con tanta predisposición, comprensión y amabilidad, que consiguió hacerme sentir cómoda desde el momento 0. Todos fueron muy amables y cualquier inconveniente o duda que tuviéramos durante nuestra estancia, ellos lo resolvían rapidísimo importar la hora.
Al final, en este hotel, cumplí mi propósito de relajarme y recargar energías. Las opciones de desayuno sin TACC superaron mis expectativas, ojalá ese servicio se mantenga así.

Cons:

No tengo nada de qué quejarme. Todo fue excelente. Si pudiera hacer una sugerencia para mejorar, sería renovar algunos colchones y limpiar más seguido el agua de la pile (o asignar a alguien que controle el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene), ya que en nuestro tercer día el agua ya parecía un poquito sucia, pero no llegaba a ser desagradable.

Lo unico q podria criticar es q no teniamos donde colgar para secar la ropa mojada cuando volves de la playa o salis de la pile pero eso no impide a que los volvamos a elegir

Pros:

Me gustó mucho el hotel. La ubicación, excelente! Muy cómodas las camas y los servicios de la habitación: frigobar, caja fuerte, tv, internet, ducha (todo funcionaba muy bien) El desayuno, variado y abundante. Quiero destacar la amabilidad y hospitalidad de todo el personal, en especial de Silvia. Seguramente repetiremos, pues quedamos muy conformes.

Cons:

Se podría cambiar el vanitory, pues es muy grande. Talvez un mueblecito con estantes y un cuenco. Y mejorar el desagote del mismo, porque se tapaba.

Semana de vacaciones en pareja.
Pros:

El desayuno es variado, la ubicación es excelente, prácticamente en el centro y a una cuadra de la playa. En la habitación todo era acorde a lo esperado.

Cons:

El único punto negativo es el wi fi , que era inestable y por momentos no funcionaba.
