Gutes Essen, schöner Wellnesbereich und sehr nahe zur Skipiste!
Pros:

Alles war perfekt, wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, das Essen war hervorragend.
Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, und man geht nur 5 min zum Skilift.

We loved everything about our stay. The location was perfect and a pleasant surprise when we went out on our balcony to see the chairlift for Steinbock Alm right there. This was perfect since we had an appointment there. Walking distance.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We want to go back again next chance we get.

Sehr familienfreundlicher Betrieb, alle sehr bemüht, sehr nett, hilfsbereit. Sehr, sehr gute Küche. Wunderschöner SPA Bereich. Am Besten selber erkunden

Cons:

Der Haarföhn ist nur für kurze Haare leider, geht höchstens 3 Minuten.
Und die Badewanne ist leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß, ältere Gäste tun sich dabei sicherlich sehr schwer.
Sind nur zwei kl. Kritikpunkte, weil es ja für uns perfekt war.

Pros:

We had a great ski holiday with a stay in this family-run hotel. It is located in Hinterthal (some 8 km from Maria Alm). There is a ski lift (Hochmaisbahn) and slopes (red) just across the street. As we had booked a ski school in Maria Alm and kept our ski equipment there, we were taking a skibus (stop in front of the hotel). Everybody was very friendly and helpful both before (answering our questions via messages) and during the stay. We had half-pension and both breakfast and dinner were excellent, the service was fantastic. Both indoor and outdoor swimming pools are very nice, towels and bathrobes were provided together with a comfortable bag. We did not use wellness area but I am sure it is also very nice. Our room was spacious and had a view on the slopes. Everything was very clean and very well organized in the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. We appreciate your hard work.

We had an amazing stay at the Berg & Spa Hotel Urslauerhof. The hotel is incredibly clean, located in a quiet and serene area, and has a fantastic atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming, making our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Great vacation
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, well positioned for the main attractions in the area. The food was delicious and the staff extremely kind. They provided us daily information and support for our requests. We had a wonderful stay and we fully recommend this hotel, we would definitely come back.
