Very clean space - room and surroundings. Room service keeps all perfectly managed. Short walking distance to the tiny shore space Coccorino located close to cozy bar with free sunbeds/umbrellas. We didnt decide to use it, because that beach is not „calabrian beauty” standard, but if someone doesnt look for turqoise views, its good to have an option.
Kind and warm hotel service - our extra request to check out 2 hrs later was accepted (although I belive it was problematic during hot season).
Very nice balcony view (sea).

Cons:

WiFi was not working during our 5 days stay. Also no update was provided about fixing final date. We were asking in the reception day by day, but if the internet was in the hotel offer, I would expect an update of the situation (instead of: „soon”/„tommrow” reply only when we did ask).
Breakfast with medium/low offer. Mostly sweet choice, but its regional typical.

raggiungibile con una strada impervia piena di buche. Nella 1/2 pensione manca un bouffe di antipasti e contorni. La frutta la devi chiedere altrimenti non la portano.

Mi è piaciuta molto Giulia la receptionist, gentilissima dall'inizio alla fine
Il cibo ottima qualità, al di sopra delle nostre aspettative
Il posto incantevole, il ristorante affaccia sul mare in cui puoi godere di un meraviglioso tramonto
Il bar della spiaggia personale gentile e ristorante squisito.
Da tornare per un soggiorno tra la natura e la tranquillità

Cons:

Non c'è una spa con accesso illimitato, ma una iacuzzi su prenotazione, la prenotazione è di circa un'ora , ma in teoria si può prolungare. L'idromassaggio non è forte ma è ugualmente piacevole e romantico.
Essendo in campagna è pieno di zanzare quindi si consiglia autan a fiumi.

Pros:

Wir dürfen früher einchecken, als eingegeben ist. Das Zimmer war sauber und jeden Tag wurde geputzt und gereinigt. Das Personal an der Reception war nett und hilfsbereit. Und Essen war lecker.

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant war zu uns unhöflich, weil wir kein Italienisch reden konnten, obwohl wir versucht haben auf Englisch zu sprechen. Wir fühlten uns benachteiligt. Das Hotel war sehr schwer zu erreichen und der angegebene privat Strand war nicht realitätsgetreu ( sehr grosse Steine und nur einbisschen Kies) Der Pool war nur 2-3 mal in die Woche geöffnet. Auf der Seite von Booking.com steht, dass es kostenloses Wlan auf der ganzen Anlage gibt, es funktionierte jedoch weder im Zimmer, noch irgendwo anders im Hotel.

Niente, tutto negativo, la mia prima esperienza negativa da dimenticare, la mattina seguente ho lasciato l alloggio alle 8,30 del mattino, sono scappato via dalla rabbia, 156 euro per una notte spesi malissimo, se potessi chiederei il rimborso.
SCONSIGLIO questa struttura.

Cons:

Posizione dell hotel pessima, stada dissestata, stretta con curve salite e discese ripide, servizi assenti ( servizio spiaggia, spa, navetta ).
Il servizio spiaggia ossia l ombrellone non era disponibile perchè composto da una decina di ombrelloni già occupati, la spa si trattava di una vasca di 1,5 metro quadrato su un tappeto di erba, piccola piscina, servizio navetta inesistente, parcheggio strettissimo al sole, stanza piccola con letto a castello scomodi e non pulita bene, abbiamo trovato ragnatela con ragno, frigo spento, colazione misera composta da bevande alla macchina, cornetti piccoli e pochi, yogurt caldi, mele non fresche e presentabili, personale poco qualificato infatti la donna che si occupaca delle pulizia delle stanze, la mattina presto si occupava di preparare la colazione.
Hotel non alla portata di disabile, troppo costoso e inefficente, mare non comodo per bambini e anziani pechè spiaggia stretta fatta di ciotoli e roccia non praticabile da tutti.
La mattina seguente ho lasciato l alloggio alle ore 8,30 del mattino, sono scappato via per la rabbia, se potessi chiederei il rimborso.
SCONSIGLIO questa struttura.

Due giorni di vero relax.
Pros:

Posizione meravigliosa fronte mare. Staff efficiente e presente in modo non invasivo. Buona la colazione dolce e salata. Ottimo il menù di pesce. Nel prezzo compreso anche il servizio spiaggia.

Bellissima struttura, pulita con personale molto gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

L’unica pecca è che se sei senza macchina è troppo lontana dalla stazione, a piedi non puoi raggiungerla, hai bisogno per forza di qualcuno.

ottima cucina sia colazione che cena, comodissimo e spettacolare terrazzo con vista sulle isole Eolie

Cons:

poca chiarezza in cos'era compreso e cosa escluso ai pasti, alcuni arredi rotti, lentezza sia della reception nel dare informazioni che del servizio ai tavoli (tantissimo da aspettare) anche se personale bravo e gentile, strada per arrivarci abbastanza tortuosa
