Pros:

La vista dalla stanza. Stanza pulita. Il letto era comodo. Buona la colazione. Personale gentile. La piscina.

Cons:

Le stanze non sono insonorizzate. Si sente ogni minimo rumore. Non si dorme bene se non per sfinimento.Lo sciacquone del bagno era guasto. Rumore strano per tutta la notte.
La posizione purtroppo da un lato bellissima fronte mare in realtà poco fruibile fuori stagione. Isolato! Può essere un pregio per alcuni.
Molto si può migliorare.

Pros:

Ljubazno osoblje, mirna lokacija, blizu mora, lijep pogled, ugodna obiteljska atmosfera. Sobe su prostrane s velikom terasom. Kada je suncano vrijeme, vrlo lijepo je boraviti na travnatoj terasi hotela gdje je bar i restoran. Cijene jako pristupačne.

Cons:

Dorucak bi mogao biti raznovrsniji, malo je hladno u sobama ako nije toplo vrijeme. Pristupna cesta hotelu je vrlo neugodna za voziti. Wifi loš.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, un posto fantastico, proprietari gentilissimi, professionali, andare all'Hotel Mercurio sembra di andare in famiglia.
La posizione di fronte alle Isole Eolie con tramonti mozzafiato non ha parole.

Byly problemy, ale ostatecznie zostaly rozwizane

Nie było problemu z późnym zameldowaniem, parking, sniadanie podawane przez bardzo sympatyczną Panią

Cons:

Nieuczciwość właściciela, tragiczny kontakt z customer service booking.com, minął już miesiąc od pobytu i założenia roszczenia w związku z naliczeniem niesłusznej dodatkowej opłaty przez właściciela obiektu. Pomimo informacji przy zapłacie, że podatek miejski został już wliczony w cenę którą miałem zapłacić, właściciel udał, że nie jest to prawda i wymagał zapłaty jej ponownie.

Pieniadze zwrocone przez wlasciciela. Sporo problemow ze strony customer service bookingu. Niestety twierdzili ze sie kontaktowali z wlascicielem obiektu a tego nie robili, trzeba pamietac ze sa inne portale, ktoe o niebo lepiej radza sobie z ewentualnymi problemami

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, miły personel, śniadanie smaczne, klimatyzacja w pokoju, do morza ok 400m spacerem , plusem jest restauracja w hotelu gdyż poza sezonem wszystkie inne są zamknięte

Camera perfetta, calda. Anche se è il 28 febbraio siamo stati accolti con professionalità e cortesia. (Contando che è un luogo di vacanza) Colazione buona. Da ritornare sicuramente. Magari per un weekend per fare anche il bagno "acqua del mare stupenda"

Strada per arrivarci. Ma ovviamente non è colpa della struttura.
