Imposible decir algo negativo
Ubicacion fantastica. Desayuno muy bueno. Muy interesante la decoracion al estilo cueva. Si sos claustrofobico, no es tu lugar, ya que no tiene ventanas ni luz natural. La habitacion es muy amplia.
No me gusto NADA! que el baño no tenga ningun tipo de intimidad. Ya conocia hoteles en los que la ducha quedaba expuesta con una mampara vidriada, pero en este caso el inodoro no tiene puerta ni techo y esta completamente abierto a la habitacion. Me pregunto a quien se le pudo ocurrir que esto sea grato?

El baño podría haber sido más grande, se compartía la ducha con el inodoro en un espacio estrecho.
Zentral gelegen, äußerst komfortabel, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, alles in allem ein sehr komfortables Hotel! Fantastische Location mit Zimmern in den Felsen gebaut! Wenn man in Matera übernachtet, dann nur so!
Das einzige was man evtl. bemängeln könnte, ist, dass das Zimmer, oder besser Höhle, recht frisch war! Aber das ist nun mal so wenn man im Gestein wohnt! Dafür ist eine recht dicke Zudecke vorhanden!
Chambre troglodyte incroyable à faire une fois dans sa vie. Photos conformes , accueil charmant , petit déjeuner excellent . Emplacement idéal .
L’odeur d’humidité mais c’est totalement indépendant de la part de l’hôtel et inévitable étant dans une grotte , il faut juste le savoir et s’en accommoder si l’on craint .

la atencion , no tienen recepción después de las 20 hs , si llegas después de esa hora no te recepcionan y es complicado . si te olvidas algo en el hotel no quieren mandar las cosas por correo, en fin muy mala atencion .

The room was a little damp i.e you could feel it in/on the bed (but kind of expected in a cave!) - Otherwise everything was great.

This was the hotel I was most looking forward to staying in on our Italian holiday. It looked so unique and it definitely lived up to the photos. Cave style room which was very spacious - separate bedroom and lounge area (all in a fairly open space overall, had air con, humidifier, great shower) - everything about it was very cool. Included breakfast too. A welcome glass of wine on arrival and the reception and breakfast area kept with the cave style theme of the hotel. Impressive!
The bed wasn't that comfortable. If that was better this would have been perfect all round.

This place is truly one of a kind, offering an amazing and authentic cave-room experience. One of the biggest perks was its location just off on of the old roads, so there was no need to drag your luggage through the streets.
The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, and the included breakfast was exceptional.
The staff were fantastic, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend doing the wine tasting at the hotel as well. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and make the experience both enjoyable and informative.
I genuinely couldn’t fault this place. If your budget allows, definitely go for one of the upgraded rooms, it’s well worth it.
I don’t know if it’s an Australian thing but I couldn’t find the conditioner for my hair.
