Communication from the hotel should be better.

1. When we arrived at 14.00, the door and reception were closed. They forgot to inform us about this. So we had to wait.

2. Previously we had asked in 2 messages about parking facilities, no reply, we had to figure it ourselves. It would have been great advice if the hotel - in advance - would give all travellers directions to the Torricella.Parcheggio. On the map it is quite a distance, but an ascencor makes it easy: 5 minute walk.

No tea facilities in the room.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location to piazza Popolo and all the shops and restaurants.
Pros:

There was an abundance of breakfast items to choose from: yogurt. Croissants, toast , cake, fruit - you could even get eggs and bacon, made to order. Coffe was delicious!

Camera moderna, confortevole e accogliente, letto comodissimo .
Colazione buonissima con prodotti di qualità dai dolci alla frutta con yogurt e cereali e salato , servita al tavolo.
Accoglienza eccellente con staff gentile e professionale. Un plauso particolare alla sig. Nazarena della reception per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza.

We really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Central location right in the heart of the city. An easy walk from the main public car park. Great design flair displayed in the creation of the cafe and bar areas - the mixing of contemporary design with an old building. The friendly young team with a good command of English.

Cons:

The glass sliding doors can catch you out. Maybe some more manifestations would be useful.
