Coccolata come a casa!
Pros:

La proprietaria è stata squisita, gentilissima e disponibile. Mi sono sentita come a casa e di certo tornerò alla Cantina dell'arte se avrò in programma altri viaggi ad Ascoli.

Hotel perfetto per immergersi nell'atmosfera del centro storico di Ascoli Piceno
Pros:

Hotel in posizione centrale, a due passi da comodo ed economico parcheggio e dalle piazze del bel centro storico di Ascoli Piceno. Titolare molto cordiale e disponibile a fornire informazioni sul parcheggio e su bar e ristoranti della zona, alcuni convenzionati, compresa la pasticceria per la prima colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons:

Avremmo preferito, a voler essere pignoli, una temperatura più costante nella stanza, o la possibilità di poterla regolare personalmente. Peraltro non possiamo proprio dire di aver patito caldo o freddo...

La titolare Cinzia si è dimostrata una persona incredibile umanamente; super disponibile, premurosa e attenta anche ai particolari. Colazione in bar/pasticceria convenzionata di ottima qualità! Torneremo sicuramente! Stanza con mobilio un pochino datato ma pulita.

Pulizia, ottima posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo e soprattutto Cinzia la proprietaria una persona gentilissima e premurosa che ci ha consigliato dove parcheggiare e dove mangiare e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla durante il nostro soggiorno.

Posizione praticamente in pieno centro storico e vicinissima ad un area parcheggio.
L’host,la signora Cinzia, davvero premurosa e super attenta

Great location, good value for money, Cinzia was very kind, welcoming and helpful giving plenty of tips and advice for restaurants, including discounted restaurants if you stay with her. The bed was very comfortable.
