good hotel, but stuff not respect guests
Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel except the service staff. The reception service was poor; they tried to charge me for a baby cot, even though it was stated that the cot was free of charge. After I pointed out that I would not pay for it, they canceled the charge. I was not satisfied with the work of the reception staff. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
