Great place, good location, staff were very friendly and hospitable. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The value for money is great, breakfast was very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone and come back again!
Air com was a little weak, and we couldn’t figure out how to get hot water. I’m sure it worked - we didn’t ask staff but I’m sure they would have been able to sort it out for us!
Pokoje i hotel celkově splnily naše očekávání. Strávili jsme zde jednu noc a naprosto nám to vyhovovalo. Z jídelny, kde byla snídaně, byl hezký výhled na město. Snídaně byla příjemným bonusem (byť některé pochutiny byly hodně jiné pro naše chuťové buňky od toho, na co jsme u nás zvyklí:)). Personál byl vstřícný a na závěr jsme dosatli i malou upomínku na památku.
Probably the best property in our 40-day trip 'cross Jordan and Egypt. The staff are helpful and polite, and the rooms are really well taken care of. Breakfast was fantastic. We even enjoyed the tea, coffee and free little snacks the staff left in our room each day. I can't remember exactly, but I think it took us about 15 minutes to walk down to the Petra ticket office. There are some nearby shops and restaurants nearby for people who need supplies.
On our final day, the staff arranged for us to be picked up by in a shared minibus headed to Amman. That made it possible to leave early in the day... and avoid taking a pricey taxi.

At check in they was amazing prepared and professional, they have helped us to plan our 2 day tour to Petra. Hotel lobby and restaurant was my favorite of all, having an original and unique furniture. Food, rooms was perfect. Big plus for private parking.

Beautiful family hotel — comfortable, clean, well decorated, good location, good breakfast. But the best was the staff— when my wife fell ill, Hanna and baba took such great care of her.
The hotel has an amazing Arabian vibe, authentic and very close to the wonder of the world and tourism street where you have many restaurants. All the staff are very kind and have multiple different breakfast options at the buffet. Additionally to this there is a large free parking area directly in front of the hotel and the view from our room (403) was unreal

We wanted to stay very close to Petra, and this hotel was just a 5-minute drive away, you could even walk if you wanted to. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and were always happy to help with any queries. We felt very welcome throughout our stay, and they did their best to accommodate all our requests.
The breakfasts were good, and the breakfast area offered a lovely view. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel also has parking right in front, which made things very convenient as we were driving.
There are several great restaurants within a 6–7 minute walking distance, so finding good food was never an issue.
Bathroom is a bit tired but with the price you pay it's not a big issue in my opinion.
