Exceptional value
Pros:

The room (the family room is actually 2 room) is rather spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one expects only in a hotel stay that is multiple times the rate charged in this family run business. Very comfortable bedding, great sound insulation, Soft sounding AC, very close to the visitor center of the ancient city of Petra, and best of all personal service provided with a heart-warming smile. I certainly know where I am staying in my next trip to the rose colored city.

Loved every minute and the staff are what made it that extra special.
Pros:

From the receptionist, the ladies from Ghana who cooked and prepared meals and rooms to the manager and owner.
This is a perfect hotel in a perfect location looking down over Petra. Just a mile if that from the entrance.
I stayed in a number of hotels and this one for friendliness of the entire team won hands down.
It were as if I was part of the team. Especially as I was the only one there !!
If you get chance to go to Jordan. Go now. There are very few tourists, if any, and I felt safer than I do sometimes at home.
Incredible experience and would list many more pics than 4 if I could.

Thank you all. I wish you well and maybe one day I’ll return x

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Oh and the coffee !!! The real deal. I struggled with the local one so this felt like a great way to start a day with filter coffee !!

Short Stay, Worth the Pay
Pros:

The accommodation was lovely, clean and the location was near to the entrance for Petra, about fifteen minutes by walking.
The staff were all very helpful and nice, especially the manager who gifted my friends and I with a parting gift which was very appreciated.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and would stay again if in the area.

Cons:

The shower water was not warm during our stay, not a huge deal but something to note.
