Pros:

Big room. Very good location. Restaurant with very good food.

Cons:

Too warm in the room when we got there. The heating was set to max. Google maps navigation is set to the wrong location.

Jedním slovem super hotel. Moc se nám líbilo a všem zaměstnancům za vše moc děkujeme.
Pros:

Všechno bylo perfektní, snídaně, ubytování, personál, čistota.
Byli jsme se vším nadmíru spokojeni. Můžu všem co shánějí kvalitní ubytování na Lipně, kde se doplňuje cena a kvalita, jen doporučit.
Určitě budou spokojeni.

Cons:

Nemám vůbec k ničemu sebemenší připomínku. Skvělé.

S pobytem jsem byl já i přítelkyně spokojení.
Pros:

Snídaně byly v pořádku, bylo z čeho vybírat, podle toho, na co máte chuť.
Pokoj byl příjemný a útulný s hezkým výhledem a dostatečně velkou koupelnou.
Personál byl velmi vstřícný a pomohl mi zajistit narozeninovou kytici pro přítelkyni, takže jsem ji mohl velmi mile překvapit. Sám bych to na místě zařídit nemohl.

Cons:

Nemám k ubytování žádné výhrady. Byl jsem spokojený.
Možná by se hodil nějaký malý balíček s hygienickýma potřebama, jako je čistící tampón, nebo vatová tyčinka do uší, protože ne vždy na tyto drobnosti myslím, ale je to individuální záležitost.

Pros:

Lovely staff and atmosphere. Food in restaurants at breakfast and dinner fantastic.
Literally 200m walk to the ski lift and they have an excellent drying room so all your equipment is beautifully warm and dry every morning.

Cons:

Only slight suggestion would be to swap out the shower taps for thermostatic ones. The shower cycled constantly from chilly to almost burning skin hot.
