Pros:

I liked the room it was little clean and very comfortable

Cons:

The staff behavior at this hotel was very rude and unprofessional. They did not respond properly to my requests and showed no courtesy. I am highly disappointed with the service provided. I request the management to look into this matter seriously and take proper action against the staff involved.

Amazing staff and very clean. Amazing food. But odd location.
Pros:

Staff are very co-operative. I would like to mention about the food in the hotel restaurant. The food is amazingly tasty and well made. Also the food quantity is more.
The rooms are very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

I would say location is bit in odd area. But I guess you can't do anything about that.
My message is for the owner and manager is:
1. Maintain the calm and silence when guest are sleeping in the afternoon. There are too much noise in the hall.
2. Please ask staff no to enter the room when the guest is not present in the room. Without guest's permission you should not enter his room. This is completely wrong.

Pros:

The rooms were tidy but the space was bit limited.

Cons:

The staff behaviour was very pathetic, made us wait for check-in. The location is a bit far from the main city area. Talking about complementary breakfast, the spread consisted of just two items and the quality was not upto the mark. I felt the complementary breakfast was just for the namesake. Overall, the hotel doesn't go hand-in hand with the booking price.
