Easy and relaxing, a home away from home.
Pros:

The owner was lovely and most hospitable, making us feel at home and always eager to go the extra mile to accommodate us.
The communal verandah was a very strong point of the property.

Cons:

It’s hard to get your clothes to dry if you are using a back side drying rack, as it can be a bit too shady for the humidity to dry off :)

This was one of the very good hotels. With very nice and warm staff. Everything was very clean and tidy and the location was very cool. Many thanks to the staff who welcomed us very warmly.

It was awesome!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, clean hotel, right next to the beach, beautiful sea. Cleaning the room every day and changing towels as needed. All in all, accommodation for every recommendation. A couple of nice beaches near Agios Yoanis, super markets right next to the hotel, nice bakeries, very hospitable people...

Cons:

The road to the hotel itself is tiring, with a lot of bends, big differences in height in a short span. Google maps indicate that the hotel can be reached via Plaka Beach, however, that road is impassable and full of road machines. The hotel emphasized that it will take some time. We found that out the hard way… I don't know how we got away with it in the end. There is another road marked on the map, just before Plaka beach, closer to Agios Yoanis. The landmark for that second road, which is good, is on the top of the island, and it is the cafe "Station Food & More", you type in the map and the map takes you to that place, and there you turn off the main road down towards the beach. From there you have another 15 minutes to the main street and the Anesis Hotel. The main street where Anesis Hotel is located is two-way!

Pros:

Beautiful view from the balcony, very clean, the room was cleaned every day. The beach is across the street. There are many taverns, 3 markets and bakeries.
