Super friendly and helpful staff with great location
Pros:

The host was very friendly and supportive. Last evening we ordered desserts too but because of a huge group arriving 30 min before closing of kitchen, they had a lot and couldn't prepare it for us, but they said they will make it next breakfast and it was also on the house. So super accomodating and kind and guest focused!

Cons:

The only thing are the beds, they were too soft for us. After 7 nights our backs hurt and we missed our own bed.

Pros:

Raňajky boli chutné, každý si mohol vybrať, čo mu vyhovovalo. Izba bola maličká, ale na prespatie stačí. Užili sme si perfektný bazén s teplou vodou v krásnom prostredí.

Das kleine Zimmer ist sehr überteuert...
Pros:

Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer optisch ansprechend. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und hat uns sogar eine Auswahl gegeben zwischen 2 Zimmern

Cons:

Das viel zu große Waschbecken war direkt vor dem WC. Man konnte nicht angenehm sitzen...
Der Ablauf der Dusche wurde nicht gereinigt also ging das gesamte Bad (welches maximal 2 Quadratmeter groß sein kann und man 10 Minuten auf Warmwasser gewartet hat) fast über.
Die Decke ist extrem hellhörig, somit konnte man jeden Schritt hören und wir wurden dadurch unangenehm um 7:30 geweckt. Außerdem ging der Türschließer der Zimmertür viel zu streng. Tut mir Leid aber das war leider für den Preis enttäuschend.

Amazing find. Great bar, great food & great location for slopes!
Pros:

Super friendly staff (family) who were welcoming and looked after us well, without being intrusive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the bar/restaurant area was beautifully presented in a modern style but still maintained an alpine feel.

Right on the slopes (button lift) or a 3 min walk to the main gondola, the location is perfect. We went in summer and this also meant we could walk up into the hills straight from the back of the hotel. The pool was fantastic for a refreshing dip especially in the hot weather.

The food was exceptional! Taste, presentation and variety - all unbelievably good and we ate in the restaurant several times as a result. Breakfasts were buffet style with lots of bread, pastries, fruit, meats and cheese to choose from.

We'll definitely be going back both for summer walking and skiing in the winter.

Marvellous!

Cons:

We stayed in a standard double with ensuite shower and a shared balcony/terrace. The room was great and spacious enough for 2 adults, but it wasn't huge. So whilst the small doubles are budget friendly, I would recommend checking the sq ft available.

Pros:

Great area, peaceful, the staff was very helpful and kind, and fullfilled my request for towels washed without softener. 10/10 for that, I was very grateful.
The breakfast is good, some variety, it was enough for me and everything was fresh and tasted good.

The rooms are mostly very small so be prepared for that, maybe a smaller bed would be better for such a small room.
There is some parking spaces around the hotel and the staff helps you secure it if there are shortages.

Generally great and cozy, I was comfortable and satisfied. Recommended.

Cons:

The bathroom is very snug, for someone like me with a bit of meat you have to squeeze between the sink and the toilet seat to use it.
There is no room for shoes or jackets - you can put clothes on a hanger but it is next to the bed and if your jacket is wet it will touch you each time you go to bed. And ruin the floor as well.

The matress is very soft - you sink in easily so be careful when lying down or getting up.

Die Umsichtigkeit einer Frau merkt man hier!

Über alle Maßen freundliche und engagierte Gastgeberin!!!! Wir möchten uns wirklich persönlich noch einmal für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken!!!
Tolle, immer frische Auswahl beim Frühstück, auch für Vegetarier geeignet (verschiedenste Käse, Obst und Eiergerichte)
Nette Gemeinschaftsterrasse die zum Verweilen einlädt.
Der Pool war sogar beheizt und es wurden keine Mühen gescheut, damit wir ihn nutzen können.
Leckeres Bier, Barbetrieb lief außergewöhnlich professionell!
Ich habe selten so gut geschlafen wie in diesen weichen Betten mit den schweren, kuscheligen Decken, traumhaft!

Cons:

kurze Unsicherheit gab es beim Abfluss im Badezimmer, war aber schnell geklärt. :)

Pros:

Sami provozujeme ubytování, takže víme, že někdy rozhodují i zdánlivé maličkosti. Celkově jsme byli spokojeni, ale z pohledu komfortu hosta bychom doporučili zamyslet se nad několika detaily. V pokoji jsme postrádali odpadkový koš, na balkoně by se hodil malý stolek a v koupelně nám chyběla předložka před sprchou . Jsou to drobnosti, ale právě ty podle nás dotvářejí celkový komfort pobytu.

Spędziliśmy w hotelu dwie noce i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Śniadania były dobre i urozmaicone. Dostaliśmy informację, że pojawił się mały problem z naszym pokojem, w zamian dostaliśmy piękny, klimatyczny apartament z piecem kaflowym! Taki gest bardzo nam zaimponował. Gorąco polecamy ten obiekt za świetne podejście do klienta i wyjątkowy standard! Ogromnym plusem jest też zewnętrzny basen z podgrzewaną wodą i zjeżdżalnią. Obok wyciągi narciarskie. Świetna baza wypadowa na narty.
