Pros:

Super personál i recepcia,výborná kuchyňa i obsluha. Izba pekná čistá. Takmer vsetko bolo uplne super. Za veľké plus dávam i parkovisko v areály hotela.

Cons:

Mínus dávam zato,ze na izbe nieje varná kanvica a menšie mínus zato,ze na izbe bolo chladno - ani jeden radiátor nekuril - boli studené. Ale po upozornení pani na recepcii ich zapla a následne uz bola na izbe príjemné teplo.

Krásné a pohodlné bydlení v době konání biatlonu v NMNM.
Pros:

Vždy, když jedeme na biatlon do Nového Města na Moravě, spíme zde. Byli jsme jako vždy velmi spokojeni s personálem hotelu i restaurace. Sauna, kterou jsme využili za své myslím tři pobyty poprvé, byla v pohodě, jen opravdu drobnosti kazily naše saunování. Velmi chválíme přístup recepce hotelu. Totiž na naší prosbu nám velmi ochotně vyhověli v hodině check out. Mohli jsme opustit pokoj až v 11 hod. a to bylo příjemné. Velmi děkujeme. Jídlo, které jsme měli k večeři bylo vynikající. Jen zklamáním byla pro nás snídaně. Myslím, že jsme normálně "nároční" klienti. A bylo nám velmi líto, že jsme my museli obsluhu v 9:00 hod slušně požádat o doplnění snídaňového menu. Kdy téměř vše chybělo. Prosím, nekažte si to. Jste jinak fajn firma. To Vám vzkazují Milan a Ilča z jihu Čech.

Чистий номер, смачно готують в ресторані на першому поверсі, є своя парковка! Є можливість скористатись сауною, вартість входить в ціну проживання. Достатній сніданок

Cons:

В перший день було відчутно прохолодно у ванній кімнаті, загалом на мою думку ціна за проживання дещо завищена в даному місці

Für einen Zwischenaufenthalt sehr geeignet
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat uns das Restaurant. Ausgefallenes Ambiente mit sich drehenden Mühlrad, sehr gute Speisen und gutes Bier.
Die Einrichtung des Turmzimmers war sehr ansprechend.
