Heerlijk hotel op alle fronten, gerund door een zeer service-gerichte familie
Pros:

Een zeer net en gezellig Oostenrijks hotel gerund door een gedreven, service-gerichte en vriendelijke familie. Heerlijk eten van ontbijt tot diner. Prima kamers en bedden. Echte aanrader voor zowel winter als zomer.

Cons:

Op piektijden in het restaurant net wat te weinig personeel, maar kan momentopname zijn. Ligt net iets buiten het dorp, maar vonden wij geen issue.

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo e posizione comoda anche se la camera dava da un lato sulla strada e c'era un po' di confusione per il traffico dei camion della mattina. Parcheggio comodo e spazioso, ascensore interno, skiroom per lasciare il passeggino in estate. Colazione super tradizionale e buonissima, servizio ristorante interno anche aperto al pubblico esterno con piatti buonissimi. Serata bbq del mercoledì eccellente. Bella area giochi esterna con sabbia e trampolini. La camera quadrupla (anche se con un letto a castello) aveva abbastanza spazio per far giocare mio figlio di 1 anno.

Cons:

La sala dei giochi dei bimbi in realtà è una specie di piccolissimo magazzino che per raggiungerlo bisognava attraversare il buffet colazione, dove le cameriere ci cenano (e sembrava ci tenessero dei vestiti) dentro e non veniva forse pulita da un po'... Il balcone delle camere sono unici per tutto il piano, senza divisorie.

Die schlechten Bett, die unfreundliche Art des Personals und die weniger gute Stimmung im Frühstückssaal. Das Frühstück wirkte lieblos. Donnerstag war Ruhetag, keiner war zum Check in da und das Restaurant war zu, was auf Booking nicht zu sehen war

Pros:

The enclosed garden with the beautiful background was wonderful, especially since I wasn't able to participate in any outdoor activities due to my injury. However, my friends went skiing for a day and my partner went on a few hikes with the dogs and they said they enjoyed themselves a lot.

Cons:

I knew this beforehand, but the sauna and other wellness options were in the hotel and so it was a lot further from the holiday apartment than expected. We didn't end up using the facilities.

We also had a really unpleasant experience at the restaurant with either rude or non-existent service. Although there was clearly an event going on, we didn't think it would be too problematic to order some ice cream since we got the menu, albeit after a LONG wait, but the waitstaff never came back, neither to check on us nor to see if we wanted to order anything.

The hotel in itself was great, but we expected more from the restaurant.
