Terrible internet for digital nomads. Like really bad. Also, mosquitoes kept entering my room but I couldn’t figure out where. I got eaten alive while I slept.

Schönes Hotel, aber null Kundenservice
Pros:

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön.
Liegt nach hinten versetzt und ist dementsprechend ruhig.
Pool ist auch sehr schön und eine gute Erfrischung.
Die Lage ist super und man fußläufig schon sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang ist leider mehr mit dem Handy und Videos anschauen (auf Lautstärke) beschäftigt als mit seinen Gästen.
Nicht unfreundlich, aber komplett desinteressiert.
Im Frühstücksraum war nur ein Gast und ein Angestellter. Gast mit voller Lautstärke via FaceTime gequatscht und Angestellter mit voller Lautstärke Videos geschaut. Hat niemand interessiert.
Bin dann rausgegangen, weil das Frühstück (recht einfach gehalten) so nur wenig Spaß gemacht hat, um entspannt in den Tag zu starten.

L’emplacement l’accueil le personnel

Cons:

C’est une ancienne maison donc le propriétaire nous avait prévenu que l’insonorisation n’était pas top! Nous avons eu des clients moins respectueux que la normal et donc du bruit: une nuit mais autant le savoir !!

Pros:

Excellent emplacement au coeur du centre-ville de Vientiane, proche des temples et lieux à voir, des restaurants et de boutiques de souvenirs. Et pourtant on est au calme.
Accueil très sympathique à l'arrivée. La réception a arrangé un transfert pour moi de la gare à l'hôtel puis de l'hôtel à l'aéroport. Belle chambre, propre et fonctionnelle. Petit-déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Les vitres plus ou moins opaques qui séparent la salle de bains de la chambre... Bof pour l'intimité...

Bon séjour, très relaxant
Pros:

La chambre est grande et bien aménagée, ainsi que la salle de bain. J’ai été surclassée sans aucune demande de ma part. Du café avec machine à café à discrétion toute la journée.
La piscine est très agréable
Le personnel est très souriant et serviable
