Well located hotel with great view and great food.
Pros:

Staff was really nice and helpful. Location is very pleasant and the view is wonderful. Grilled chicken was delicious!

Cons:

Sheets and towels were very clean but not the rest of the room.

Cons:

> Les installations sont vieillissantes. Par exemple, fuite au niveau de l'évacuation de l'évier gérée avec un chiffon pour limiter la fuite.
> Choix des propositions du menu : exemple, aucun sodas disponible a mon arrivée alors que la carte proposait plusieurs choix
> qualite du restaurant qui n'est pas au niveau des prix demandés
> serveurs qui ne sont pas attentionnés : passent le temps sur leur téléphone portable au lieu de s'occuper de la clientèle (on a réussi à quitter le restaurant, en étant les seuls, avec un serveur dans la pièce sans qu'il ne s'en rende compte. Une première pour nous)
> propreté : j'ai écrasé un gros cafard dans la chambre. Tapis de bain salles a notre arrivée
> Globalement, très décevant pour le prix payé (plus de 90€ la nuit). Rapport qualite/prix très mauvais

Probably the best accommodation in the small village of Ohiya
Pros:

Staff were friendly but communication in English was a little difficult.
They were all very helpful and doing their best to help. Good food and service. Great views from the restaurant.

Cons:

Beds and sheets felt old. Electricity failed multiple times throughout the night and affected the morning hot water. But this seemed to be the whole village.

Cons:

- We didn’t know we had to pass Horton Plain’s before 4PM in order to get to the hotel, I think the hotel could have informed us about that. We had a lot of trouble just to be able to get to the hotel.
- it’s a good stay for 1 night to walk to World’s End or to get to the railway station in Ohiya, but there’s not much else to do.
- misinformation about the price of the tuktuk to take us to Horton Plain’s and back - told us it was 500 instead of 5000.
- because of the open window in the bathroom, a lot of spiders and bugs, which is also normal for being in the mountains of course.

Pros:

The sunrise view was beautiful. Easy to reach and near to Horton Plain.

Cons:

The room was not in great condition and it’s best to bring everything you need with you. Most of the staff seemed inexperienced and the focus felt more on the restaurant than on room quality.

Alles war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet.
