Clean - spacious - perfect

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well-maintained and comfortable. What truly stood out was the service – the manager was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay in Kandy memorable. Highly recommended for their outstanding hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was very spacious and everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. Since we were travelling with our 5-year-old child, we asked if we could use the kitchen to cook, and the host immediately arranged a gas stove along with coffee and tea powder. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us.
We went for a match in Kandy and returned quite late around 12:30 AM. Even at that hour, the host stayed awake to make sure we reached safely and had everything we needed to settle in comfortably. He was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

The host was great, super nice and friendly. He let us wash our laundry for free and when the rain was coming he texted me and he took the clothes from outside to under roof. The host also offered me his motorcycle to travel in kandy. He also made nice breakfast, including a delicious watermelon from his garden.

The room and hotel was super clean, big common kitchen and new furniture and equipment.

This property is nestled in a calm and serene environment, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We visited with our 6-year-old and initially booked just the ground-floor room, but we were graciously given access to the entire ground floor, including the kitchen, dining area, and lobby. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Both my wife and I had to attend to some office work remotely during our stay, and the setting was ideal, with excellent fiber internet that made everything seamless.

A special mention goes to the owner, Chamara, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. The property is impeccably clean, exceptionally peaceful, and offers great value for money with very reasonable prices. Safety was also well ensured.

We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kandy who is looking for a tranquil and memorable stay. It truly made our visit unforgettable!

Fantastic place, friendly, so so so clean, quiet, internet works perfect, loved it!

Really nice and modern room / bathroom.
Comfortable bed and all the stuff provided that you need for your daily cleaning / bathroom.
Abele equipped kitchen to use. Providing of free drinking water, tea and coffee. The family and staff there is very nice and helpful. I could also use the washing machine for free. Laundry that I hanged in the garden was with the sun was dry after a few minutes :)
