Excelente acomodação, tudo muito confortável. Equipe muito simpática.
Tem até uma mesa com uma cadeira, muito bom para trabalhar e a internet era muito boa, usei para algumas reuniões de trabalho. O quarto é espaçoso, o banheiro muito bom com uma ducha com boa pressão e água quente.
O café da manhã podia ter mais variedade, tem poucas opções e todos os dias eram as mesmas coisas. O quarto não era tão silencioso, vinha muito barulho de fora. Sei que estavam em época de festas na cidade, mas acordei várias vezes com barulhos de pessoas passando na rua.
Loved the room, which was really spacious, with a big balcony and view over the lake. Good buffet style breakfast and the staff were lovely and very attentive. 5 min walk down to the lake so a good position for us. Heed the warnings about the monkeys, they were nearly off with our mozzy coil and tray!

Occasionally a bit noisy from the road but not a big issue
The hotel owners and all the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, making for a wonderful start to our trip. The views from the shared space and rooftop were beautiful — you can directly overlook the lake and the Temple of the Tooth. The location was excellent, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The shower was great, and the refrigerator, AC, and TV all worked perfectly.
Nothing in particular to complain about. We had a very comfortable stay overall.
