Pros:

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

On nous a proposé un changement de chambre mais on n’avait pas compris pourquoi. Beaucoup d’humidité et des travaux à réaliser. Nous aurions dû accepter, tant pis pour nous.

الموقع ذو اطلالة على حديقة وبحيرة كاندي الخلابة. تستطيع الصعود للسطح والسهر ليلا والاستمتاع بمنظر المدينة والاضواء الساحرة. صاحبة الفندق انسانة طيبة حنونة اعتنت بنا واهدتنا هدية بسيطة لحظة المغادرة. الفندق قريب من الممشى حول البحيرة

Pros:

Bra nivå på frukosten. Mycket kolhydrater (Sri Lanka style) och äggomelett som proteinkälla samt frukttallrik. Gott kaffe (Coffee Pot) samt varm mjölk i en separat kanna.

Mycket serviceinriktad personal utan att vara påflugna.

Vi har rest mycket i våra liv och prövat många "kuddar och sängar". Vi är mycket "picky" och känsliga för fel sängar och hårda eller höga kuddar. Hotellets säng och dess kuddar var helt outstanding, helt fantastiska! Täcket var också perfekt. Har inte upplevt detta ens i "väst".

Vi fick hjälp av vår Hotel Manager (Mr Janit) att få köpa två helt nya kuddar från deras leverantör. Mr Janit hjälpte oss att på ett par timmar få fram dessa nya kuddar och levererade till hotellet! Vi hade gärna köpt täcke också :-)

Ren luft och bra air condition på rummet. Tyst. Rent och prydligt i både rum och på toalett/dusch, kändes som europeisk standard.

Fem minuters promenad till city.

Pros:

The electricity was a bit unstable, and the power in our room went out twice. It seemed like only one staff member spoke English, but he was really nice. He even added me on WhatsApp so I could contact him if the power went out again.
The location is great, with easy access to the lake and the temple. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely lake view.

En general el hotel me encantó!
Tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro. Pero un poco apartado para que no te moleste el ruido de la ciudad. Es muy silencioso y tranquilo.
Tanto la habitación como el baño están muy nuevos y limpios.
La habitación es muy cómoda y hasta tiene una mini nevera. Cosa que no he visto en ningún otro hotel de los que he estado en Sri Lanka.
Y el baño está súper bien. Tiene mampara de ducha, separándola del resto del baño. Algo que tampoco he visto en otros hoteles. Y el agua fría y caliente funciona genial.
Además el desayuno fue el mejor que he tomado en todos los días que llevo de viaje. Por cantidad, por calidad y por variedad.
Relación calidad precio me parece insuperable!!!

Nice hotel in the centre of Kandy
Pros:

Brilliant location to walk to the Temple of the Tooth and the city centre. Lovely staff. The breakfast terrace area has amazing views of the lake. A nice touch they went the extra mile to decorate our bed as we were on our honeymoon

I was so tıred after a long trip from Arugam bay , and one lady and beautiful girl welcomed me. They are so friendly and lovely 🥰
The room was clean and have a nice location. You are able to walk to center in a few minutes also amazing view from the restaurant on the top . I appreciate 🙏🙏 felt me like I’m at my home 🏠
