Kind of Ok for 1 night Stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and offered a pleasant view. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Cons:

Pest control had not been carried out, and there were a lot of insects inside the room. The curtains and bathroom doormat were dirty, and both the room and bathroom were still wet when we checked in. Although there were vacant rooms available, the owner charged 400 LKR per hour for early check-in. While we didn’t mind paying the extra amount, the room did not meet our expectations. It seemed that the other available rooms were in better condition than the one allocated to us.

This place is perfect for unwinding. Everything essential was top-notch: the A/C functioned flawlessly, and I especially appreciated how clean the bathroom was—it felt fresh and well-maintained. The atmosphere is genuinely relaxing. Note for future guests: the television only provides local TV channels, so plan your viewing accordingly! Overall, a highly recommended, comfortable, and clean place.
