The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location." I want to praise the following staff for their professionalism: Ajith, Oshadi, Arosh & others.
We stayed at this location with a toddler in the late November. This weather had been poor and cloudy. We expected hot water in the shower/bath but, there were hardly any. On our last day the staff advised us that the hot water heating system had been switched back on. This appeared not to be the case and as such, my wife and daughter (toddler) couldn't use the bath/shower.
We also had issues with the Internet which was intermittent throughout the day in our room.
Food served was tasty. However, slightly overpriced.

No door mats n bedside carpets.
Towels and bed linen are very, very old..
Doors and gates are locked even after 7 a.m. ,no access to go for a walk .
oasis of peace close to the city centre and most interesting destinations and places in Kandy. Tasty breakfast, Helpful and caring staff. That was perfect location for us. Comfortable bed.
