Team is really polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room spacious and clean.
Only downside- it was really hot in the room due to the weather and thermostats both in the room and bathroom were on locked settings, and couldn't get room to get cool.

Parking beside the hotel, we were a later check in and there were not enough spaces beside the hotel - we had to park down the road. Everything else was brilliant.

Brokastis bagātīgas, jebkurā laikā var saņemt arī bezmaksas kafiju un tēju, kas ir liels pluss. Arī numuriņā bija tējkanna un šķīstošā kafija, ūdens. Laba atrašanās vieta - pie parka un tuvu centram. Klusa vieta. Numuriņā halāti un čības. Tualetes telpā viss nepieciešamais.

The whole hotel is super classy and neat. The kids loved the rooms as they were spacious and they had their big bed to sleep on. The included bottled water in the rooms was a godsend. The Rooms themselves look super old school and actually comfortable. The surrounding area is super beautiful and peaceful. The view from windows was amazing.
The carpets in the rooms have either never been cleaned or they just do it rarely. I could see questionable stains which i wish i could not. The spa section is a bit disappointing. One sauna, one hot tub, and i can only presume that the smaller tub is supposedly a kiddy pool. (I made the most of it as i could with the kids) The parking spaces are super narrow so it was difficult to get out the whole family of 6. The Hotel has breakfast, but sadly no dinner options, so you have to venture out to eat.
The breakfast was exceptional. Guests can choose their meal the day before, and everything is freshly prepared and served at the requested time. The same-day laundry service was also excellent, convenient, and more affordable than the self-service laundries I found in the city. The room was very comfortable, and the sauna, jacuzzi, and gym were all pleasant additions to the stay.
Nothing in particular. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a very enjoyable stay. Maybe the only downside is the parking, which fills up very quickly, but it wasn't really such a big problem after all.
