חוויה מאכזבת למדי, לא הרגשנו שאנחנו מקבלים תמורה לכספינו, בעיקר בשל ארוחת בוקר גרועה

החדרים היו נוחים ומרווחים.

Cons:

1. ארוחת בוקר. הייתי מצפה ממלון ספה שמתיימר להיות חמישה כוכבים להגיש ארוחת בוקר ברמה הרבה יותר גבוהה. למרבה הצער האוכל היה גרוע למדי. לחמים ומאפיים היו באיכות גרועה, רובם לא היו טריים. ירקות ופירות היו חסרי טעם. לא היו מיצים טבעים אף שמדובר במלון ספה. לקחתי חופןנאגוזים וחלק מהם היו עם כליפות
2. אחסון בחדרים לא נוח בכלל. אין מדפים מותאמים לגבוה של בן אדם ממוצע

מלון מפנק ,חדרים גדולים ונקיים מאוד,שירות נהדר. צוות המלון מצויין. אוכל בארוחת בוקר מגוון. מיקום המלון ליד הנהר ופארק,קרוב מאוד לכל .

"We booked a Classic Standard room. It is highly, highly disappointing to find a tiny, uninviting room. There are separate beds pushed together that can be adjusted—what a joke. Parking in the underground garage costs nearly 20 euros per day, but there is free street parking available. The breakfast is excellent. They came in to clean the room but did not replace the towels; apparently, you have to throw the used ones on the floor... We asked the front desk to change them. Well, we asked [but nothing happened]. The pool is small. The ice cream at the bar is only 6 euros and is very delicious and indulgent. There are absolutely no music or cultural activities.

Pros:

מלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה , ניקיון , צוות אדיב , פשוט חוויה לא נורמאלית, ממש אבל ממש נהנינו מהשהות במקום.
אההה יש להם מסעדה ויש אוכל לארוחת ערב חוויה קולינארית אדירה וטעימה .!!!

Отель ответил всем моим запросам!!! При входе аромат, который сразу расслабляет и настраивает на отдых. Персонал отеля и спа внимателен и проблем с русским языком не было, хоть я и пыталась блеснуть английским. Завтраки разнообразные и можно выбрать на любой вкус. Номер просто выше моих ожиданий))) уютный, в спокойных тонах, с кроватью, которую можно подстроить под своё тело. Отель стоит на берегу речки и это давало возможнлсть гулять по набережной, дышать наисвежайшим воздухом, наблюдать за птицами.....просто рай!!!
Спасибо администрации и персоналу спа за волшебный отдых😍

Spa overrun with very young children
Cons:

Spa area was overrun with screaming children including some in nappies. Not the calming spa experience you might wish for. Supposed to be no children after 8pm but this was not enforced by the staff there. If you’re looking for calm peaceful spa then do not go to this hotel

Bardzo ciasny parking, trudno się wjeżdża i parkuje. Mały basen.

Good but overpriced
Pros:

Breakfast, interior, fresh air around, very comfy beds. Good SPA, with wide selection on precedures, done by professionals. For my dog there were provided not only bowls, but also a blanket, treats and towel. Very quite surrounding and rooms, calm nature around with forests and river, good restaurant.

Cons:

A bit overpriced, reception staff could have been more friendly and smile sometimes.
