Great location, spotlessly clean and an amazing room.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the centre of the city. Local bars and restaurants are very close by. The hotel does not have a lift and we were on the 4th floor. We knew this when we booked and it was not an issue. The room was excellent, free standing bath and comfortable bed.

Hôtel très agréable
Pros:

Petit hôtel discret, décoré avec goût. Accueil parfait.

Cons:

Lit double matelas séparés. La baignoire dans la chambre du dernier étage sympathique par contre impossible de prendre une douche debout.

A truly deserved 10 out of 10!
Pros:

I absolutely loved this unique hotel. As a UNESCO heritage building, it offers a truly special experience - having part of the historic wall in the bathroom was a beautiful surprise.

Communication with management was excellent, and Lyudmila at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a lovely chat, and she even treated us to a homemade apple cake.

A top-location hotel with a very friendly atmosphere and great comfort. I give it 10 out of 10 and highly recommend!

Pros:

お洒落なホテルでお風呂が可愛くて清潔感のある部屋でした。朝食も美味しかったです。ホテルの方もとても感じが良かったです。

Cons:

私は荷物も少なく一泊だけだったので不便に感じませんでしたが、宿泊した部屋が4階でエレベーターがなく、ホテルの階段が狭いので荷物が多い人は少し大変かもしれません。
一人で宿泊したので快適でしたが友達や他人と宿泊される方はお風呂などが丸見えな部屋の作りなのでそこは注意しなければいけないかもしれません。

Over all it was a fantastic stay.
Pros:

Clean , calm and most importantly in the center to explicate many main attractions. Staff were very friendly and nice.

Cons:

WiFi was not working on third floor but they compensate us with not charging us the parking 😊

Pros:

Très arrangeant, nous avons réservé pour le soir même et la chambre était parfaitement préparée avec la clés dans une enveloppe malgré le very late check in. Très jolie chambre et quartier. Très bien situé.

Vriendelijk onthaal, wandelafstand van centrum - relax verblijf
Pros:

De ligging, parkeergelegenheid op wandelafstand van het hotel en de mooie integratie van de rots in de kamer - knap gedaan!

Cons:

Kamer was ok maar de douche/badkamer/toilet zou beter apart zijn en niet gewoon afgescheiden van de bedden door een glazen wand . Het is een 4 persoôskamer- een beetje privacy in de badkamer is dan wel gewenst

Prijs kwaliteit niet meer in verhouding

In de lakens zat een gat, douche kop in geen jaren vervangen en vol met kalk, stof en spinnenweb aanwezig. Spiegel is aan het verduren. Tijd voor een opfrisbeurt zou ik zeggen. Men teert een beetje op oude reviews. pak deze simpele punten aan en dan krijg je van mij ook weer een dikke plus.
