Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the reception.

Bedden lagen prima. Echter hadden wij betaald voor een 2persoonsbed en kregen we twee 1persoonsbedden

Cons:

Ontbijt viel echt heel erg tegen. Geen receptie of iets aanwezig. Heel heet in de trappenhal.

Erg fijne plek voor een weekend Luxemburg.
Pros:

De werknemers die werken in het hotel en restaurant zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en servicegericht. We konden vroeger inchecken wat ontzettend prettig was. De medewerkers zijn attent om ons gasten het naar ons zin te maken. Het ontbijt was vers en lekker. Ook het restaurant is aan te bevelen. De locatie van het hotel is een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Luxemburg stad en een wandeling door Mullerthal. Fijne ervaring!

Cons:

Het was een hete nacht en dit was voelbaar in de kamer. De kamer had een ventilator, maar kon moeilijk doorluchten. Vermoedelijk is dit alleen een probleem bij hoge temperaturen.

De kamer is top, de hygiëne kan iets beter
Pros:

De kamer was echt zoals op de foto. Mooi, ruim. Alles was aanwezig. Het was er ook heel rustig en stil.

Cons:

De hygiënische kant kan wel beter. Er lag op de plinten en op de fotokader's nog stof. In de douche, wc en naast de lavabo lagen ook nog baardharen, haren.
