Nulla che avesse a che fare con l'hotel, ma il traffico nella zona è stato infernale: 50 minuti per percorrere appena 6 km, la distanza dall'hotel alle spiagge che rimanevano dall'altra parte di Budva e/o per andare alle bocche di Cattaro.

מיקום סביר, אבל החנייה קשה מאוד, לא מומלץ !!!

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר ממש מאכזבת ולא טעימה, הבריכה על הגג ממש קטנה אין חוף ים פרטי למלון, והחנייה במלון ממש קשה ואם מוציאים את הרכב זה סיפור כל פעם מחדש למצוא חנייה נורמלית או שצריך להשאיר מפתח לשומר.
המלון ממש לא שווה את המחיר ששילמנו.

The hotel has an excellent location, and our room was spacious with a spectacular view. It appeared to have been recently built or renovated and felt modern. The restaurant staff were very friendly, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The receptionist was very polite and genuinely tried to be helpful throughout our stay. However...

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel does not appear to be managed to the standard expected of a four-star property, particularly considering its excellent location and potential. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the service. Several members of staff did not seem adequately trained for a hotel in this category.

Our arrival was unnecessarily confusing. It was difficult to locate the reception and understand where we were supposed to park. The bellman could not speak English, which in itself would not have been a problem, but he also did not greet us or make us feel welcome. His manner gave the impression that assisting us was an inconvenience to him and he was doing us a favor.

After showing us the parking space, he disappeared, leaving my wife and me to carry our luggage along a difficult, sloping path. When we entered the building, we found him sitting in the air-conditioned reception area. When he later accompanied us to the room, he picked different luggages and bags and then selected two of the lightest bags, leaving my wife and me to carry the heavier luggage. He took us upstairs, opened the room door and immediately left without providing any information about the room or the hotel.

We had another disappointing experience with the staff member responsible for the rooftop pool and bar. When I politely and amicably asked where we could collect our towels and showed him the towel cards, he simply said (in an indifferent manner) there were no towels because they were being cleaned. When we asked what we should do or how long the wait might be, he just shrugged and said he did not know. He then returned to the bar and began using his mobile phone completely ignoring us while we were still standing there waiting for assistance.

My wife eventually went to reception. She was initially told to ask the rooftop staff member, to which my wife replied that we had already done so.

You lack of good coffee which is the most important part of a good breakfast. What you have is not a pool. It's a tub in the sun. Your pictures on Booking are misleading.
