Location worked really well for us. We used this as a base for visiting Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. Room was really nice with a bay view. We travelled with a baby and enjoyed quietness of the room and hotel. Staff was very helpful and polite. It was easy to arrive both with a rental car and on foot. Also breakfast was absolutely lovely with many choices.
Honestly, nothing to be picky about, experience was as good as you can expect in a hotel in a good way.
Very good location, just by the beach. Large breakfast spread and very good restaurant for lunch and dinner.
We were given a room with non-functional ac which they couldn’t change and we had to spend the first night sweating. We arrived at the hotel after our long flight and had to face this. It is absolutely the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. A functional ac in the scorching heat of summer is a very basic check. We were able to get a room with functional ac the next day after the ac repair failed and I had to request again instead of them voluntarily admitting that it couldn’t be fixed and offering a new room. Pretty disappointing.

This hotel is far from 4 stars. They don't leave water in the rooms, the bed linen is hard, and the shower water runs all over the bathroom floor.
We couldn't have breakfast at the early check-out because we arrived 10 minutes early. I had to convince the staff to let us start 10 minutes earlier tomorrow, as we had to get to the airport later. I was refused, despite the fact that I actually paid for these breakfasts!
Very good experience with Hotel Ponta Nova. Nice location, good breakfasts with fresh fruits, meat, and other products. Room was nice and clean, we had a room with sea view and we really liked to sit on the balcony. Close to sea and restorans, stores on the beach. I would recommend Hotel Ponta Nova to stay in Rafailovici.
Pool on the roof not so big as it seems to be.

הנוף שנשקף מחדר המלון פשוט מטורף . האפשרות של ירידה במעלית לחוף הים ולטיילת פשוט מעולה ואסור לשכוח את הברכה והג'קוזי שנמצאים על גג המלון ומשקיפים על כל המפרץ
Hotel, lokalita, restaurace, snídaně, možnost krytého parkování, milý a ochotný personál a usměvavé pokojské. Při nějakém problému vše ochotně a rychle vyřešeno. Na recepci a hotelu se dá domluvit více jazyky.
Polorozpadající se sprchový kout a hlavice, která by chtěla občas vyčistit od vodního kamene a s tím i celý systém. Dále šachování s parkovacími místy. Bylo nám přislíbeno určité parkovací místo se slovy, že tohle bude naše a tady máme parkovat. Druhý den bylo bez upozornění zabrané, tak jsme zaparkovali na jiné volné místo. To nám vytknul pán co to organizuje, a když jsme se začali ohánět že jsme byli na něčem domluveni, tak nám ukázal jiné místo, na které jsme přeparkovali. Další den po tom co jsme na půl dne odjeli bylo také zabrané, tudíž jsme to museli dát zase na jiné místo. Ale napříč těmto komplikacím, parkovací místo vždy nějaké bylo, jen by to chtělo lepší komunikaci a organizaci. Příjezdová cesta a garáž nebyla největší, takže pro větší sedany/SUV, nebo méně zkušené řidiče to může být problém. Dále nám vadil kouřící koutek personálu před hotelovými pokoji na nultém patře.

Il parcheggio un po' piccolo ma niente di particolare in quanto la presenza di un parcheggiatore rende parcheggiare tutto facile e comodo allo stesso modo

Brak możliwości zakupu jedzenia przy basenie , gdzie jedzie z restauracji windą . Drinki mało ozdobione, kawa przy barze podawana w kubku papierowym gdzie można usiąść przy stoliczku i wypić z filiżance.brak śmietnika na basenie nie ma gdzie wyrzucić śmieci.
