Perfekter Urlaub mit exzellentem Service

Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, professionell und stets mit einem echten Lächeln zur Stelle – Service auf absolutem Top-Niveau. Man fühlt sich willkommen.

Unsere Unterkunft war großzügig, stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber – der perfekte Rückzugsort. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer war einfach atemberaubend und machte jeden Morgen zum Erlebnis.

Ein Highlight war das Frühstück: frisch und von hoher Qualität.
Ein Ort, der nicht nur begeistert, sondern in Erinnerung bleibt. Wir kommen wieder – ein echtes Juwel in Montenegro!

Wunderbar erholender Aufenthalt
Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Tolles grosszügiges Zimmer/ Suite mit Sicht aufs Meer. Kleine Küche mit den wichtigsten Geräten. Badezimmer mit wunderbarer Ausstattung, durchdachtes Design. Das Frühstück mit Meerblick, einfach umwerfend. Spa unbedingt nutzen, auch dort freundliches Personal.

Прекрасное место, очень милый персонал, вкусные завтраки, прекрасные рестораны, чистое море и собственный пляж, просторные номера.

Cons:

Отсутствие в двухместных номерах письменного стола. За журнальным столиком сложно было работать.

Dla mnie największym problemem była przykręcona klimatyzacja we wszystkich trzech pokojach Nastawiona na 18 stopni i max nadmuch oraz jeszcze dodatkowy power niie mogła schłodzić pokojów poniżej 25 stopni w upalne popołudnia mimo szczelnie zasłoniętych wszystkich zasłon Było to uciążliwe dosyć bardzo poza tym wszystko ok

Pros:

WOW - Amazing hotel, huge rooms, good breakfast variety, nice view, excellent staff which helps and thinks about everything.
The beach has free water inflatable mattress, sap and other items.
The beach is steep but you don’t need to walk as they will drive you when required

Outstanding resort with incredible level of service and staff
Pros:

The view from the room was amazing, the room itself the size and quality of the furnitures and fittings were outstanding. The staff was caring,very professional and attentive consistently during our stay. The service at the restaurant and quality of the food were well above anything on offer nearby. It felt very private and exclusive in an incredible location.

Great room & beach but overpriced for the service level
Pros:

The beach was beautiful.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and well designed.

Cons:

The suite was directly above where the staff took their smoking breaks so we could not open our door to the terrace without getting smoke in the room.

The staff were pleasant but lacked the experience to handle errors. Their solution to the smoking situation was to ask us (4 guests) to move rooms rather than ask the smokers to smoke elsewhere.

Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning but left us without hand soap for two days.

The hotel rent the small beach to non-residents and locals. Fine but worth knowing before you book.

Lovely stay in a location away from Budva
Pros:

The staff are very professional and accommodating . The private beach and beach bar where we spent most days just relaxing . The breakfast and dinners were excellent .

Cons:

The location is very pretty but not many other restaurants etc around you definitely need a car
