Nettes Frühstück, sehr guter Kaffee.
Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmel in der Dusche. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, aber keine Becher.

Rugalmas volt a bejelentkezés, kedves volt a személyzet, finom volt a reggeli. 1 éjszakára megfelelő volt. Kicsit régi szálloda de tiszta, alapvető dolgokkal felszerelt. A közelben volt egy nagy parkoló ott tudtuk hagyni a bérelt autót.
A szobánk ablaka kívülről olyan koszos volt hogy nem láttunk ki rajta. Hideg volt a szobában a klímával nem tudtuk befűteni.

Hôtel bien situé, tout près du bord de mer et de l'arrêt de bus. Petit déjeuner correct.
Chambre 61. La porte-fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement et avec le vent ça faisait énormément de bruit. De la lumière venant d'une autre chambre passait par la fenêtre intérieure de la salle de bain, et éclairait ma chambre jusque tard.
Gute Lage am Meer. Bequeme Betten. Aufzug vorhanden. Fussläufig grosses Restaurantangebot.

Le petit-déjeuner était très bien, bon choix et copieux.
L’emplacement idéal au centre, près de la plage, des restaurants et de la station de bus.
Accueil personnel, les clés étaient déposées sur le comptoir.
La salle de bain est minuscule.
The lady who prepared the breakfast very sweet , breakfast very good, the way she cooked the eggs , delicious.
If receptionist work nights is better, because we stayed only one night, and in the middle of the night someone was screaming, fighting and shouting in the hotel, running the stairs .... hotel for the safety reason security guard or receptionist must have it maybe
The hotel is located in a good position in the centre of Marsalforn and situated right next to a bus stop that takes you to the main town - Victoria. Within a few metres you are right on the sea front in the middle of the bay.
The positives of our room include a great air con unit that was much needed and appreciated.
Our bedroom size was good, we had a strange room layout with what may have previously been a balcony but is now all enclosed but the main wall was still there. This was generally a wasted space. We had a random wardrobe at the end of it that was hard to access as facing the wrong way! It was a good area to put our suitcases out of the way.
We didn't include breakfast in our package, so can't comment on that but other friends that did, said it was ok.
The staff were lovely and friendly.
The room was serviced every day and we got new towels every day regardless if we hung them up or not. The hotel was clean.
I appreciate it is a 3 star hotel and the facilities and amenities definitely reflect this. A tired 3 star but the price did reflect this to some degree.
We were located on the first floor and it was very noisy during typical sleeping times, so we had very little sleep. Only being one floor up we heard everything from the street below from people talking on phones, trucks collecting rubbish, to all sorts of banging! We also heard chairs being scraped below us when breakfast was being set up, bottles being emptied into bins to loud metal bangs every morning around 6am. Plus you could hear everything very loudly in the hallway and stairway!
The bed has a memory foam mattress which was comfortable but clearly needs replacing as it's been moulded to too many people's body's over time and so forced you to roll off the side! I think the pillows were memory foam too but far too hard and need replacing.
The room came with a small kettle, no spoons and no cups - just 2 small paper cups. We were really disappointed that there wasn't a small fridge in our room to store some milk and drinks. We would have liked to have made our own tea and coffee. They did supply UHT milks but these were very small and you needed to use a lot, I think adding two mugs, spoons and a small fridge would be a real benefit.
Our bathroom was very small. The bathroom was kept clean but it definitely needs a refit. The vent in the ceiling leaked. The showerhead was better than it looked, but couldn't be moved, the shower handle felt like it was going to come off in your hand. There wasn't anywhere to put your toiletries. We woke up one morning to the lights not working so had to shower in the dark, they did fix it without being asked to be fair.
Lastly, very little storage and only 4 hangers in the random wardrobe!
