First of all the pictures are deceiving. The room smelled dingy and it was not properly cleaned. I did not appreciate the fact that the same towels they provide for bathroom mats are also given as face towels! There is no differentiation! In all proper hotels the towels that are used on floor are different. This is extremely inconsiderate on hotel owners part and unsanitary to say the least! I asked for a mop in order to clean up excess water on floor after shower since it is open and they gave me a dirty old broom with a rag wrapped around it with no bucket to ring out extra water. In Greece a mop with a bucket only costs 10 euro tops. The refridgerator was out of order. So I had to always remember to buy water before getting to room every night. Could not buy fruit either because there was no where to store it. The elevator was not working as well. We had to drag up our luggage on their dirty staircase filled with hair and dust. I mean is that hard to have the cleaning lady sweep the stairs at least once a week? Not once was the staircase cleaned in the 6 days we were there. When I complained to owner she simply replied "We will fix it tomorrow" (the elevator) We stayed a total of 6 days. Nothing was ever fixed. The mattresses were stained. The hotel is not cared for AT ALL. It's simple things that people need to have a pleasant stay. Cleanliness, Consideration and little hospitality. The word Boutique should not be used!

ACs worked a bit funny and I find it weird that they do not offer everyday cleaning service. L

Kindly note that no room service is offered for less than 4 nights. If cleaning or change of towels is required this will be at an extra charge

Room service is offer for more then 4 nights, cleaning and changing of towels take place every 3 to 4 days!

If service is required more often this will be against a charge

May we remind you not to close the white front door with they key and pls carry your keys with you at all times

A lot od small issues and first reaction if the hosts were not so nice. Shower, air conditioner, and entrance handle were damaged. I assume workers just ignored it before as it’s impossible to omit handle at least. It was damaged from the most beginning. 2 times of reminder I have to leave tax fee. + the envelope with tax fee amount and my name. It’s just impossible they don’t remind you more. Firstly, they reacted for my issues in a passive aggressive way. Thanx god in person it was much better.

Nevar teikt ka nepatika, bet sākumā traucēja zvans katru stundu no blakus atrodošās baznīcas, bet pēc otrās dienas jau pieradām ! Grūti pateikt, bet gribētos organizētas brokastis !
