Un séjour idéal à deux, pour ceux qui ne veulent pas être confrontés à une meute de touristes rougissants.
Pros:

Oui. La dimension idéale a un prix raisonnable, loin des usines à touristes que propose l'île Maurice. Un personnel attentionné et aimable.

A good small boutique hotel on the east coast
Pros:

With only about 16 rooms this feels a bit like staying at a private villa; with palm trees, two swimming pools, cosy and less crowded than a big hotel.
All the rooms are good and face the sea, but we valued the deluxe option which was especially spacious and had a large private balcony. Situated on the East coast, it is more remote and quiet than the West coast of the island albeit slightly more windy than the west. This was our second trip to this hotel. I think all the rooms are good, The small beach gives immediate access to the reef, and I would recommend you take goggles or a snorkel and better still flipper or swim shoes if snorkeling out. We had a hire car, so that we could explore, as well as sample the beaches on the other side of the island. We had some lunches out but were happy to relax and have dinner at the hotel each evening.

Cons:

Wine is expensive on the island and here too. They should have a more decently priced house wine aimed at guests staying for a week. Wifi is sometimes patchy and could be better around the pool & sunbeds.

Pros:

L’hôtel, l’emplacement, la vue, la mer, la tranquillité, et surtout un personnel exceptionnel ! Merci à TOUS pour ce bel accueil chaleureux qui nous a été réservé ! Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Un endroit parfait pour se reposer et apprécier les joies du snorkeling.

Außergewöhnlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, idyllische Anlage, Frühstück vielfältig.

Cons:

Extrem viele Ameisen im Zimmer, auf den Esstischen und in den Brotkörben.
Vogelschwärme im Essbereich auf den Esstischen, dem Besteck/Geschirr/Servietten, die ihre Hinterlassenschaften in den Essbereich setzen.
Preisleistungsverhältnis beim Mittag- und Abendessen sehr schlecht. Das Essen ist geschmacklich mittelmäßig, nicht frisch und absurd überteuert.

Красивый вид, большая веранда, хорошая косметика и удобная кровать. Удобные лежаки, все выглядит модно и экологично. Два бассейна, чистый песок, красивый ресторан для ланча с видом.

На рецепшн очень милая девушка и приятно общается

Cons:

Персонал в ресторане ужасный: 1) очень долго 2) могут подойти уточнить заказ заново через минут 30, в итоге ждешь еду 60+ минут 3) овсянку подавали с пальцем официанта в ней, который он потом облизнул 4) ни 1 раза не было, чтобы принесли всю еду без напоминаний или уточнений 5) приносили счет с выбитыми всеми позициями, но некоторые нам просто не принесли из того, что заказывали 6) постоянно не было гарниров из меню, просто клали рис или еще что-то взамен 7) не приносят приборы пока раза 3 не напомнишь 8) очень неприветливые

Кухня очень простая и на слабом уровне, единственно, что готовили безупречно - креветки и стейк филе: 1) яйца всегда в тонне масла: Бенедикт, скрембл, глазунья - все залито маслом сверх нормы 2) все пережарено 3) еда действительно очень плохо приготовлена, без изыска, без специи, без подачи, если вы ели в нормальных ресторанах по всему миру, то тут будет прям слабо

Слабый вайфай и постоянно теряется на территории отеля

Муравьи в номерах если что-то оставлять. Мы не оставляли, но уборщик постоянно приносил свежий шоколад, который к нашему приходу приманивал сотни Муравьёв по номеру. Приходилось выкидывать

Очень поздно подают полотенца на пляж, начинают давать +- в 10:00. В 7 утра приходится лежать без них.

Если поменять команду поваров и официантов, то отель на 9-10/10. А так - максимум 6-7.

Lots of style, but needs more substance
Pros:

The ocean views are stunning & the decor is pretty & staff are generally friendly - although many were clearly inexperienced & out of their depth. Shout out to Suraj, Roy; Elodora & Nitin - they are real assets.

Cons:

1. Staff need more professionalism - we tried to pay for an upgrade & that process was cumbersome to say the least. Even payment links didn’t work & the follow up was poor. We got it sorted eventually but at my behest not theirs.
2. Rooms are quite small - beautifully decorated but crammed. We also struggled a lot with the AC & Fan… in the December heat that was uncomfortable.
3. Food & Beverage was a disappointment many items on the à la carte menu were unavailable. If it’s a matter of seasonal produce, perhaps it’s better to adjust the menus seasonally, but to be told everyday “this or that is unavailable” makes the operation seem limited and low budget for the amount of room and board we’ve paid.
4. I personally suffered a serious fall down the embankment onto hard rocks, purely because staff hadn’t secured the rustic reed love heart. And that’s not my allegation, that was an acknowledgment by the day manager. I suffered major bruising, in my back and upper right leg. Despite the severity, the maintenance staff left the feature standing while they focused on setting for lunch, making it possible for another guest to suffer and injury. Only when we made a fuss, did they remove it, but without any signage or precautionary measures. That’s grossly irresponsible and was the last straw. A pity for such a beautiful property
