Très agréable séjour
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le bon petit déjeuner et le très très bon restaurant. Très bon emplacement également. Et un tout grand merci à Kevin pour son bel accueil!

Pros:

Frühstück war für Mauritius- Vehältnisse ok, auch abends kann man durchaus im Restaurant essen, allerdings sollte man nicht zuviel auf einmal bestellen, sonst kommt man durcheinander. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Saubere Unterkunft.

Cons:

Vieles hat nicht funktioniert oder war defekt, safe war anfangs ohne Funktion, Klinke der Badezimmertür gebrochen, Wasser- und Stromausfall, Wasser lief nicht mehr ab, allerdings wurde alles zeitnah repariert.
Die DJ und Liveveranstaltungen sollte man sich lieber sparen oder Künstler engagieren, die mehr zu bieten haben.

Wonderful stay in great location
Pros:

The hotel was in excellent location, the staff team are credit to establishment always friendly, welcoming and happy to assist this is across the whole team including managers, dining/bar staff, housekeeping and maintenance. Special mention to Happy, Kevin and Annicet who were very kind. Our room was lovely decorated for our special occasion. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the special evening meals with entertainment. Overall a wonderful holiday. Loved watching the fruit bats in the garden trees, amazing!

Des détails seulement : pas de prise a cote du lit, pas de place a la salle de bain pour poser la trousse et autres objets perso, rien de dramatique dans l'ensemble

S partnerem jsme strávili několik dní v hotelu Seastar na Mauriciu a musím říct, že jsme byli nadšení! Když jsem hotel rezervovala, upřímně jsem nevěřila, že tříhvězdičkový hotel může mít tak skvělé recenze a že realita bude opravdu odpovídat tomu, co se o něm píše. A ono ano! Dokonce bych řekla, že pobyt předčil naše očekávání.
Všechno bylo naprosto skvělé. Pokoj byl krásný, čistý a útulný, personál neuvěřitelně milý, ochotný a vždy usměvavý. Velké poděkování patří například Kevinovi a Happymu na recepci, kteří se o nás starali s opravdovou srdečností a díky nimž jsme se cítili opravdu vítaní.
Snídaně byly velmi bohaté, pestré a chutné, takže si každý najde to své. Krásné je také okolí bazénu, kde se dá skvěle odpočívat a užívat si pohodovou atmosféru Mauricia. Obchod i pláž 5 min chůze.
Na celém pobytu oceňuji nejen krásné prostředí a kvalitu služeb, ale především přístup personálu, který dělá z tohoto hotelu něco výjimečného. Je vidět, že jim na spokojenosti hostů skutečně záleží.
Upřímně nemáme co vytknout. Pokud hledáte příjemné ubytování na Mauriciu, kde se budete cítit dobře a kde dostanete mnohem víc, než byste od tříhvězdičkového hotelu čekali, Seastar můžeme s čistým svědomím doporučit všemi deseti! ❤️
