Tesise girmeden birkaç saat önce bagajlarımızı check-out günü 15’e kadar tutacaklarına, ardından parça başı 10€ alacaklarına dair bilgilendirme gönderdiler. Check-in esnasında 17.20’de otobüsümüzün olduğunu ve bunun için 16’ya kadar valizlerimizi tutmalarının mümkün olup olmadığını sorduk. İngilizcesi hiç iyi olmayan bir hanımefendi resepsiyondaydı. Derdimizi düzgün anlatana kadar birkaç kere söylemek zorunda kaldık ve kaba bir üslupla ricamız reddedildi. Öncesinde bu bilgilendirme yapılmadığı için mağdur olduk. Resepsiyon belirli bir saatten sonra kapalı olduğu için muhattap bulmak oda telefonu üzerinden tuşlama yapmadan mümkün değildi. Otelin bulunduğu konum pek tekin değildi, kapıda sürekli tekin olmayan kişiler duruyordu.

Staff was nice. Compact room but perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Little markets close by plus a Five Guys, McDonalds, Burger King nearby to walk to.
Location… seemed like on the only seedy street in Luxembourg… did not feel totally safe.

It isn't really a hotel, more a number of individual rooms with keybox access. No humans involved!

Central location but would recommend looking for something away from the central train station. Similar to most countries it attracts unsavoury people.
While hotel is central, the street isn't nice. Alot of gangs, drunks & homeless. Never bother us but make you uneasy. We wouldn't go outside alone & worried coming home at night.
Strip clubs beside & across the road, just not a nice area.
While there was nothing wrong with the hotel, it is more rooms above a shop than a hotel & felt it was pricey enough for what was provided.
The TV only had 2 local news channels.
Everything was just basic.
Das Zimmer der Unterkunft war okay und das Badezimmer war modern und sauber. Das Zimmer hat von sich aus Ohrenstöpsel aufs Bett gelegt, dass war sehr nett, weil wir keine dabei hatten. Wenn man zum Party machen dahin fährt, dann ist das eine gute Unterkunft. Aber wenn man Luxemburg besichtigen will, dann würde ich nicht nochmal dahin fahren.
Unter der Unterkunft sind Bars, die sehr laute Musik spielen, auch in der Woche. Ohne die Ohrstöpsel hätten wir nicht gut geschlafen...
Mały hotelik bardzo dobrze położony ,cicho .Pokoje przestronne ,bardzo fajnie urządzone ,czystość to wielki plus w tym miejscu ,w pokojach niczego nie brakowało .
It was clean and spacious, even with an extra bed in our room. So, there's definitely enough room for three people. The bathroom was very nice.
We prefer separate beds instead of a double duvet when there are two beds in the room. That what I am used to have in mostly hotels.
We stayed with three people in one room, but only two pairs of towels were provided also for two people, and so on.
The street where the hotel is located isn't very pleasant, but nothing happened to us. Still, it's not very nice to see clubs, strip clubs, and bars surrounding you.
