Un bel hôtel
Pros:

L'emplacement juste a côtés des thermes
La deco et le confort de la chambre.

Cons:

Cela fait deux fois que je me rend dans cet hôtel et deux fois, l'acceuil est moyen.
Cette fois ci, personne. Il a fallu trouver quelqu'un du restaurant pour nous faire entrer.
Certes, poli et souriant.
On ne se sent pas accueillis et on a reçu que très peu d'explications.

Décevant. Dernier étage à pied, moi qui ai un problème de mobilité ça a été difficile pour moi.

Je trouve extrêmement pénible de devoir faire couler l’eau 10 minutes pour pouvoir prendre une douche. Deux minuscules corbeilles à papier pour un logement aussi grand. Ce logement était trop impersonnel et trop froid, même pas un plateau bouilloire pour pouvoir prendre un café.
