Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and the property may be affected by noise.

Keep in mind all our houses have stairs and are not accessable for people who have trouble walking. Also our houses are designed in 1 open space. The bathrooms are divided by glass walls.

We have several different houses available, please make sure to click on "Holiday Home" to see the specific photos per house to see which house you are booking. All our houses have stairs and they are not accessible for guests that have difficulty walking.

Parties and unauthorized guests are strictly forbidden.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of € 30 per stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Heerlijk en acceptabel geprijsd huis in de buurt van Amsterdam

De ligging was fijn in de buurt van Amsterdam met gratis parkeren in de buurt

Pros:

De locatie is geweldig. Je loopt zo het schattige Oudekerk in waar je lekker kan eten en borrelen.

Cons:

De hygiëne in het huisje en de verlichting. Er hangt in de badkamer een stuk behang los, de bovenste plank in de keuken is goed vies, er is een open riool verbinding uit de douche dus na 1x douche stinkt het er al snel. Er kunnen geen ramen op behalve op zolder daardoor kan het niet lekker ventileren. Sommige lampen lijken het niet te doen en hiervoor zijn van die licht snoeren opgehangen die je normaal buiten ziet. Het werkt maar niet echt mooi.

Heel leuk huisje om voor een paar dagen te verblijven. Heel netjes en ruim.

Cons:

Kleine keuken. Maar 1 pot en 1 pan om te koken die allebei te samen niet op het vuur konden.

Pros:

Great location and great house ! Large and roomy for two people. Close to a cute little town and 15 minute walk to the bus station to head to the arena.

Cons:

The couch was okay, but it was a bit broken on the bottom. And the lights switches were hard to understand what lights when on for which switch

wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage am Kanal war gut, wenn die Autobahn mal fertig ist, könnte es laut werden. Anbindung öffentl. Verkehrsmittel nicht ideal. Restaurant auf hohem Niveau in unmittelbarer Nähe. Klimaanlage. Liebevoll eingerichtet

Cons:

Die Dusche war nicht immer warm. Zu wenig Handtücher und Geschirr.
Die Tür zum gläsernen BAD (Haus 51) war nur sehr laut zu öffnen oder schließen
Die Betten in Haus 53 waren sehr weich

Pros:

Die Wohnung ist sauber. Die Treppe zum Schlafraum ist geenzwertig. Dem Bad fehlt die Lüftung, das wird zum Problem, denn es riecht muffig. Für die Lage ist es zu teuer.

I had a nice stay! The room is very clean, and the internet was fast and reliable throughout my visit and work. The Aircon worked perfectly fine during my stay.

Alles is vies omdat de keuken geen afzuigkap heeft, waardoor het hele huis onder de verdampte olie zit. De bank was door de hond kapotgebeten, het plafond zat vol spinnenwebben en overal lag stof. De prullenbak in de wc was ook niet vervangen sinds de vorige gast. De voordeur sloot niet goed en van binnen kon je door de kier naar buiten kijken. De badkamerdeur maakte een heel hard geluid bij het openen en sluiten, wat ’s nachts erg storend was. Het gaat om unit 51.
