Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and the property may be affected by noise.

Keep in mind all our houses have stairs and are not accessable for people who have trouble walking. Also our houses are designed in 1 open space. The bathrooms are divided by glass walls.

We have several different houses available, please make sure to click on "Holiday Home" to see the specific photos per house to see which house you are booking. All our houses have stairs and they are not accessible for guests that have difficulty walking.

Parties and unauthorized guests are strictly forbidden.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of € 30 per stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Verrassend sfeervol en comfortabel.
Pros:

Sfeervol huisje, gezellig en praktisch ingericht. Op loopafstand van restaurant Loetje aan de Amstel, waar je leuk kunt eten.

Cons:

Jammer dat er toevallig werkzaamheden aan de aangrenzende straat waren, wat een beetje ongezellige indruk van de omgeving gaf. Maar daar kunnen de eigenaren natuurlijk niets tegen doen.

Het appartement is gezellig en comfortabel. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep snel en soepel en we konden flexibel
Pros:

We hebben een heerlijk romantisch weekend gehad in dit appartement. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met prachtige zwaantjes van handdoeken en rozenblaadjes op het bed — een superattente touch!

Pros:

Le gite est propre, bien meublé et bien situé dans un endroit très tranquille au bord d'un canal. L'accès au centre d'Amsterdam se fait assez facilement par bus + métro (45 mn). Une place de parking est réservée pour le véhicule. Il y a un bar restaurant à l'accueil sympathique juste à coté du gite !

Cons:

Il y a un sérieux manque d'ustensiles de cuisine et de couverts si on veut cuisiner un peu, vraiment le minimum pour 4 personnes ! Le lave vaisselle était très sale à notre arrivée, avec des restes de nourriture dans le filtre. Nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser.

Werde die Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen
Pros:

Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, dieser war am 2.Tag auch frei. Das Apartment war sauber, bis auf die Fenster. Der Mailkontakt mit den Besitzern war sehr höflich. Der Check-in war kontaktlos und unkompliziert. Die Badewanne ist sehr groß und das Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

- Sehr enge Treppe in die erste Etage.
- Leider musste man das Wasser im Bad 15 Minuten laufen lassen, bis es einigermaßen warm wurde
- Nur Streaming Dienste auf dem Fernseher, ohne Zugangsdaten!
- uns lief am 2. Tag eine Maus durch die Küche! Wir haben unsere Lebensmittel dann weggeworfen. Die Besitzer wollten einen Kammerjäger schicken. Wir hoffen, dass dies umgesetzt wurde
- es gab zwei Baustellen, die eine vor der Türe (Schleifgerät war ab 07.15 Uhr eingeschaltet) und hintern Haus wurde die Straße erneuert. Das wurde uns im Vorfeld allerdings mitgeteilt.
- Tapete löste sich von der Decke

Fijn verblijf we komen nog terug!
Pros:

Rustige mooie locatie, en een zeer comfortabel bed!
Winkels dichtbij en niet ver van het centrum Amsterdam.

Cons:

In de badkamer was er wel veel condens dat is misschien wel een werkpuntje!
