Pros:

If you book the lake view room, the view is really stunning, with the sun setting behind the lake. Parking is very convenient directly in the facility.

Cons:

We had half board, dinner was really awful and poor, breakfast slightly better but still quite low quality. The staff was unfriendly and with low level of English. Bed and pillows are not very comfortable and AC was not working, the temperature of the room in the afternoon was 27 degrees. The spa is ok but there were kids using it as a playing swimming pool and nobody said nothing about it.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, cisza i spokój, ładny widok (na jezioro) z pokoju (do Ochrdy spacerem niecałe 5km). Wyżywienie smaczne zarówno śniadania jak i kolacje. Kolacje nawet bardziej :) Pokoje czyste, duże. Personel miły i uśmiechnięty.

Cons:

Podobno kawa była słaba, tak mówili znajomi. Ja kawy nie piję.

Great for relaxation stay!
Pros:

Amazing hotel, amazing service.
I have booked a room with dinner and breakfast included, it was okay, it was a buffet. I came a bit later so the foods were just rest, but i mean i couldn‘t complain.

They have spa (with turkish bad, aromatic) sauna, and indoor swimming pool area which is great, i was by myself there and it was just perfect.

Cons:

The location, pff it was pretty much out of the city. It was so faraway that you need car to go there. So by car takes 15-20mins to reach.

Great, I recommend it
Pros:

Тhe breakfast was varied with a choice for everyone, the location is out of town, but the stay was great. I would especially like to emphasize that the receptionist at the spa was very kind and, given the large crowd at the hotel, was very helpful in finding an appointment.

Cons:

Мaybe I should just add that it would be nice to have an infrared sauna. We were there during a period when the weather is not warm and that's why there was a crowd in the spa center. The hotel was full and there was not enough space for everyone to enjoy the spa center. In the hotel should keep this in mind to further expand the spa center.
