Great, I recommend it
Pros:

Тhe breakfast was varied with a choice for everyone, the location is out of town, but the stay was great. I would especially like to emphasize that the receptionist at the spa was very kind and, given the large crowd at the hotel, was very helpful in finding an appointment.

Cons:

Мaybe I should just add that it would be nice to have an infrared sauna. We were there during a period when the weather is not warm and that's why there was a crowd in the spa center. The hotel was full and there was not enough space for everyone to enjoy the spa center. In the hotel should keep this in mind to further expand the spa center.

Pros:

Chceli by sme sa veľmi pekne poďakovať za skvelý pobyt. Už pri príchode v utorok nás privítala super nápomocná recepčná – bola milá, usmiata a všetko nám ochotne vysvetlila. Veľké poďakovanie patrí aj pani majiteľke, ktorá bola k nám veľmi ústretová.

Celý personál hotela bol veľmi milý a usmiaty. Radi by sme poďakovali aj pánovi v kuchyni, ktorý pripravil našej dcére dezert, a čašníkovi, ktorý ho o to poprosil – veľmi si to vážime.

Hotel bol pekný a čistý, cítili sme sa u vás veľmi dobre. Určite budeme hotel odporúčať našim známym a ak sa sem ešte vrátime, tak jedine k vám.

Ako malé odporúčanie by sme uvítali aj nejaký priestor alebo kútik na hranie pre deti, čo by pobyt rodín s deťmi ešte viac spríjemnilo.

Ešte raz veľké ďakujeme!

Μας άρεσε το spa και η εξωτερική πισίνα.
Καλό πρωινό.

Cons:

Η θέα μπροστά στη λίμνη, έβλεπε σε χώρο εκτός του ξενοδοχείου που είχε λεκάνες και δεν ήταν καθόλου περιποιημένα. Το κυρίως φαγητό τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο.

Πολύ απογοητεύτικη εμπειρια
Cons:

Το πρωινό και το δείπνο ήταν ιδιαίτερα φτωχά και χαμηλής ποιότητας. Στο πρωινό τα φρούτα ήταν λιωμένα και η μηχανή καφέ εκτός λειτουργίας. Όταν ζητήσαμε να μας ετοιμάσουν καφέ από το μπαρ του εστιατορίου, μας τον χρέωσαν, παρόλο που ο καφές κανονικά θα έπρεπε να προσφέρεται δωρεάν στο πρόγευμα.
Επιπλέον, στο δωμάτιο υπήρχαν δύο φακελάκια καφέ στο ψυγείο. Τα χρησιμοποιήσαμε θεωρώντας ότι αποτελούν βασική παροχή του δωματίου, όμως κατά το check-out μας τα χρέωσαν επιπλέον. Πρόκειται για πρακτική που προσωπικά δεν έχω συναντήσει σε κανένα άλλο ξενοδοχείο.
Συνολικά, η εμπειρία ήταν απογοητευτική και δεν ανταποκρίνεται στις βασικές προσδοκίες φιλοξενίας.

Very disappointing experience. The breakfast and dinner were poor, with mashed/overripe fruit served at breakfast and the coffee machine out of order. When we asked for coffee from the restaurant bar, we were charged even though coffee should normally be included with breakfast. Even the two small coffee sachets in the room were charged at check-out. This is something I have never experienced in any hotel around the world.

Pros:

The Restaurant was astounding, the food was very good even for the breakfast Buffett. The dinner offered a la carte was affordable and the service was equisite. The previous reviews said staff were rude and not kind, but we found all staff to be very kind and helpful and were happy to help if we needed anything at all!!

Cons:

I don't like that now I have high Expectations for future Hotels since We had such a wonderful experience haha :).
