Pros:

The place is nice. Its the personal that is very bad here.

Cons:

The AC didnt work in our room. We talked with reception they wanted us to wait several hours to fix it with a small baby with us. It was 35 degrees in the room. So i asked for a new room and the said the dont have. So we had to drive around in the car with our 12 months baby for the Air condition. After 2 hours we come back and the havent fixed it. I told her i will contact booking for a refund so we couöd go somewhere else. Then she found a new room. She shouöd have gave it right away. Cuz the place was almost empty. And when i told her to move the baby crip to the new room she told me to move it myself. And the new room is on another floor. This aint 4 stars. And the personal in bar and restaurant doesnt even look at you or say hello. Never seen such rude personal before and we travel alot.

Pros:

Komfortowy hotel. Zarówno pokoje jak i wyposażenie hotelu powodowało, ze niczego nam nie brakowało. Dobre położenie. Z dala od centrum, jednocześnie na tyle blisko by szybko dotrzeć mini busem spod hotelu lub taksówką. Dobre śniadania, niczego nie brakowało. Bardzo blisko jeziora. Personel komunikatywny i pomocny

Cons:

Wszystko byłoby super gdyby nie dwa wesela na terenie w ciągu tygodniowego pobytu. Przy pokoju od strony basenu czujesz się jakby orkiestra grała Ci przy samym uchu i nie da się spać. Dostajesz informacje o nim w postaci kartki z przeprosinami ale co Ci po niej skoro noc jest nieprzespana. Przy hotelu wakacyjnym taka i formacja powinna być zawarta przy rezerwacji bo jest to bardzo uciążliwe. Na plus tej sytuacji to ze wesele trwa tylko do północy. Drugi plus to takli, że gdy zobaczyliśmy że na ostatnią noc znowu rozkładają się z dekoracjami weselnymi personel bardzo szybko na naszą prośbę zamienił nam pokój na druga stronę hotelu i na najwyższe piętro. Tam juz muzyka była tylko minimalnie słyszalna i w ogóle nieuciążliwa.

Hotel abbastanza nuovo e situato in una posizione molto comoda, a poca distanza dalla città di Ohrid. Purtroppo, però, non eccelle per quanto riguarda la pulizia.

Cons:

Ci sono profumatori per ambienti ovunque, con un profumo davvero molto invadente

Pros:

Great service throughout, from the reception and onwards. I can highly recommend this place for both family stays and business trips. It offers excellent meeting facilities as well as a wide range of great amenities.

Bon service, chambre propre, tres bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

On n'a pas apprécîé que le restait et la terrasse ont servi dimanche pour un mariage et la préparation des lieux a affecté notre séjour de l'après midi à la pisvine et la soirée a été terrible: musuque extremement forte avec amplifucateurs, impossible de rester dans la chambre et dormir.. pourtant nous étions avec un petit enfant et le lendemain , nous devrions partir et faire 9h de route.Nous recommandons à l'hôtel à ne pas proposer de séjourtouristiques lorsqu'ils louent pour des mariages. Cette derniere journée et nuit passées à l'hôtel ont gâché nos vacances et nous avions hâte de partir.
