Die Unterkunft hat uns leider in mehreren Punkten enttäuscht:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit komplettem Meerblick gebucht, leider haben wir ein Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk erhalten. Die Strasse ist sehr laut und die Balkontüre konnte nicht volltsändig geschlossen werden.

Das Hotel wirbt mit einem TV inkl. Streamingdiensten (Netflix), dies ist nicht der Fall. Der TV verfügt lediglich über einige Kanäle und YouTube, alle anderen Apps sind nicht eingerichtet. Der TV würde dies technisch ermöglichen...

Wir hatten mehrfach mit dem Personal Kontakt und auch das Maintenance-Team war bei uns - das Problem mit der Balkontüre wurde bis zum Ende nicht behoben.

Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, aber british und die Produkte sind nicht hochwertig. Ein guter Kaffee oder gute Säfte sucht man vergebens.

Der Spa-Bereich ist im Stock -2, ohne Fenster und Tageslicht, sehr feucht, kaum Liegen, Fitnessraum ist nur mit einer Glaswand getrennt. Wir haben auf die Nutzung verzichtet.

Ottima accoglienza, personale gentile, camera ampia, arredamento moderno ma caldo, piscina a sfioro vista mare al 10° piano, piscina con idromassaggio e saune al piano -2, parcheggio comodo con accesso diretto in albergo, colazione abbondante e piena di ogni ben di Dio...

Il bagno senza finestra, la presenza di plastica in camera per i prodotti da bagno: avrei preferito dispenser ricaricabili di vetro.

Hotel lovely shame about the surrounding area
Pros:

St Paul’s bay was far more built up than we expected and lacking in good family run restaurants serving local sea food. Could not fault hotel but buffet supper poor.

Outstanding hotel, amazing service and facilities
Pros:

Absolutely outstanding hotel. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast service and variety as excellent. central location situation right on the sea front. Spacious, clean and bright rooms with all the mod cons.

I liked it; it’s very beautiful and high-quality. Sandy beach across the road.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel where everything works perfectly; it boasts the best location—both on the island and within the town itself. We spent 5 unforgettable days staying on the 6th floor with a sea view. We slept in an enormous bed with the doors open, listening to the sound of the waves—simply wonderful. There is a lovely promenade; I’d go for a 45-minute morning jog followed by a swim, then enjoy a high-quality breakfast—there was always something new added each day. There are great restaurants nearby; the best one is Venus, where I celebrated my 50th birthday—an unforgettable, exquisite culinary experience—truly top-tier. Also nearby is Racina Wine Bistro, which offers excellent wines and seafood; it’s a smaller spot, but absolutely superb. We would gladly return to the Seaview Hotel given the chance.

Cons:

We were there from October 16th to 20th, and the pool on the mountain was very cold.But I went for a swim anyway, because I wanted to take a photo.
Also, we forgot to hang the "do not disturb" sign on the door, so our room was cleaned two times that day :-)

Be careful you get the room you paid for!
Pros:

Being fair to the hotel, once the initial disappointment/ frustration had been solved the hotel wasn’t bad. The staff in all areas were very friendly and polite. The hotel was exceptionally clean and neat, and the breakfast was wide and varied.
The curious lift system deserves a mention. You have to touch your room card to access the choice of floor you want, and then it sometimes seems to have its own idea of how to get you there. It can go straight past your floor to the top then hit yours on the way back down - quite random 😂.

Cons:

After travelling from 5am to 3pm the last thing you should have to face is an argument about your allocated hotel room. However, after having purchased a full sea view room we arrived at the room to find us staring straight at the building opposite. Sure you could see a bit of the sea if you faced 90 degrees to your right but that side view wasn’t what we paid the premium rate for. I was then involved in a quite long discussion about this room being a “sea view” at the reception desk. They were quite insistent at first that this was the correct room. It was only after I became equally insistent that this wasn’t what was shown in the advertising information on booking.com, and what I had paid the extra premium rate for, that attitudes started to alter. Eventually we were given the correct classification of room. See the photos to decide for yourself whether I was right. But not impressed at all. This is not what you should expect from this level of hotel. I’ve heard of being upgraded when you arrive but never being downgraded!

Schönes Hotel mit leider nicht so tollen Lage.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft selbst war schön. Es war auch gut, dass es einen Außenpool und einen Innenpool gab.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielseitig.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns eindeutig die Lage. Das Hotel liegt in der Stadt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Der Strand direkt am Hotel ist auch nicht sehr schön. Außerdem war es sehr laut und die Musik wurde erst abends um 23:00 Uhr leise gemacht. Immerhin konnte man von der Lage aus andere Teile von Malta schnell erreichen.
