Pros:

Es gibt einen Rooftop Pool. Die Beschattung ist leider nur über einen Teil der Liegefläche. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß mit hohen Decken und wirklich sehr guten Betten. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß am Zimmerservice und auch an der Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter im Hotel gibt es eigentlich nichts zu kritisieren. Gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es eine schmale Einfahrt zu einem Parkhaus, hier stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage. Kleine Wünsche wurden sofort zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt.

Cons:

Gegenüber vom Hotel besteht eine Dauer Beschallung tagsüber und bis mindestens Mitternacht. Wenn man ein Adults Only Hotel bucht, ist man in der Regel Ruhe suchend. Wir haben nichts gegen Party Musik aber die Dauer Beschallung und der fehlende Schallschutz an der Fassade beeinträchtigten unseren Aufenthalt doch sehr. In der Tiefgarage gibt es zahlreiche Undichtigkeiten an der Geschossdecke bei den Abwasserleitungen. Es waren bereits sehr große Pfützen zu sehen, unabhängig von den Brandschutzmängel. An dieser Decke wäre es natürlich nicht schön, wenn einem das Abwasser mit entsprechenden Bestandteil in den Kragen tropft. Das Frühstück war eher langweilig und hielt keinerlei Highlights oder Überraschungen parat. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Eier Speisen sich zusammenstellen zu lassen. Es war täglich öd. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay für den gezahlten Preis. Allerdings hätten wir tatsächlich etwas mehr Ruhe erwartet und mehr Frühstück Highlights. Der gute Service lässt seltsamerweise im Rooftop Bereich deutlich nach. Hier wird man von schmierigen Tischen erwartet. Die Preise sind völlig inakzeptabel und überzogen. Der Service ist dort eher schlecht. Ein Burger wird gerne mal für einige Minuten stehen gelassen, obwohl, man winkt, als wolle man einen Jumbo einweisen. Auch wurde einmal behauptet, wir hätten einiges nicht bezahlt. Wir konnten das aber mit der Quittung richtig stellen. Insgesamt sind das unschöne Themen.

Absolutely loved our holiday at this hotel, will definitely be coming back again!
Pros:

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed it. Everything from start to finish was so enjoyable. The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool was amazing! The food at the Upper Deck pool bar was delicious and so were the cocktails. The bedroom had great air conditioning and a fan, which we really needed in the heat. As well as this, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and there were plugs on either side of the bed for charging phones etc. There was a great selection of food at breakfast and the coffee from the machine was actually drinkable (as it so often isn’t at other hotels). I used the spa one day and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience and great value. The area of Buggiba is lovely and quiet. There are restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a nice cove for sea swimming. It’s not so busy that it is overcrowded or noisy. Equally, it is accessible to all other areas of the island via taxi. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Cons:

The only two things I would suggest need to be changed are that the elevators are excessively warm as there is no cool/fresh air inside them. Secondly, a facility at the pool to refill water bottles with cold, fresh water would be ideal.

Las almohadas no son muy cómodas, la piscina es preciosa pero está masificada y cierra muy pronto (18:00) y el desayuno repetitivo y el zumo es asqueroso peor que un zumo de brick, un hotel de 4 estrellas no se puede permitir eso. En general cosas un poco cutres como no poder cargar las cosas a la habitación, aire acondicionado muy ruidoso… No estuvo mal pero no volvería
