Pros:

The staff was outstanding in every way. The location is superb.

Cons:

The hotel has no elevator. We were on the top floor and the AC never cooled the room sufficiently. Booking.com should alert when a hotel has no stairs. On apartments I would look but on hotels I assume they have an elevator. We are senior travelers and no elevator is a problem. The staff were very kind to carry our bags up.

Pros:

Great location, clean room

Cons:

The AC was very loud and it made it hard to sleep, the cleaning lady came into the room both days without knocking and asking if it is okay to come in she just unlocked the door and entered the room.

Pros:

Fantastic staff, super helpful. Very good location. Newly updated rooms.

Cons:

The GPS location of the hotel is a bit inaccurate and Google Maps takes you through the old town to get there (not driver friendly). Would be good for the hotel to send alternative coordinates and descriptions to avoid this for guests.

We also did not have any hot water during our stay and had to take ice cold showers.

Perfect!
Pros:

The room was very spacious and newly renovated, lake view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect, close to the centre as well as a few lakeside beaches. Will definitely go back here if I visit Ohrid again!
