An extremely comfortable and welcoming hotel. We would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

The staff were extremely welcoming and upgraged our room without us asking. They thoughtfully also put us on the top floor away from two coach loads of visitors so that we had a quiet room. Restaurant was excellent, the lounge area was very interesting. Breakfast was really good. Beds were very comfortable.

Nothing.

I liked the staff, the view and the breakfast.

Cons:

The beds were twin beds, while I was there with my boyfriend. There weren't any slippers for the bathroom. And the food we ordered in restaurant the day we went there were uncooked (chicken meat).

Pros:

Estivemos alojados no hotel por duas noites: o último dia de março e o primeiro de abril. O hotel encantou-nos assim que entrámos: é um edifício antigo mas majestoso, com uma decoração digna de um palácio. As camas são muito confortáveis e os quartos climatizados, proporcionando um descanso agradável. Gostaria de deixar um agradecimento especial à senhora da receção que nos acolheu à chegada, pois fez tudo o que estava ao seu alcance para que nos sentíssemos bem.

Cons:

No entanto, infelizmente, tenho de "pôr o dedo na ferida". Visitámos Ohrid claramente na época baixa. No primeiro dia, o pequeno-almoço incluía comida pouco fresca: o burek era aquecido (talvez fosse do dia anterior), o pão não era fresco, o queijo fatiado já apresentava as extremidades secas e o cesto da fruta continha maçãs murchas e tangerinas com manchas.
Infelizmente, o segundo pequeno-almoço foi ainda pior. O pão era o mesmo (o que tinha sobrado do dia anterior). As sobremesas (halva e uns bolinhos que nem tive coragem de provar) tinham um aspeto de comida já muito remexida. No primeiro dia, tivemos serviço de buffet, creio que por estar alojado um grupo de turistas, pelo que houve ovos estrelados e mexidos. No segundo dia, pedimos o mesmo, mas o funcionário — que falava pouco inglês — trouxe omeletes e ovos cozidos. Como estávamos apenas nós e mais um casal, decidiram não fazer buffet, restringindo as opções. O lamentável é que, para esse serviço personalizado, não estivesse presente alguém que falasse inglês.
Não quero parecer mal-agradecida, mas pagámos por um hotel de 4 estrelas com pequeno-almoço buffet, e não foi isso que recebemos. Compreendo que estivéssemos na época baixa, mas se vendem um serviço, têm o dever de o prestar.
Talvez fosse mais eficiente se os hotéis daquela zona fizessem uma espécie de consórcio: encaminhar os clientes para um único hotel do mesmo nível, garantindo assim a qualidade e a satisfação do cliente.

Pros:

The hotel is not far from the city and it has a nice view. The staff is friendly and changed us room immediately due to noisy neighbors.

Cons:

Not noisy-proof but if you are lucky, they can give you a corner roo m. Very soft beds.

Pros:

Μου άρεσε το ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, η εκπληκτική θέα, η τοποθεσία και το πλούσιο πρωινό! Ήταν στα 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την Οχριδα

Cons:

Το μόνο πρόβλημα ήταν το wifi το οποιο τις περισσότερες ώρες ήταν ανυπαρκτο. Κατα τ άλλα οτι προβληματακια προέκυψαν κατά τη διαμονή επιλύθηκαν άμεσα από το προσωπικό
