I liked the staff, very professional, polite and helpful. Also the location and the surrounding of this place is good, the gardens and all 10/10.
The rooms. The bathroom is outdated. The TV was not working. The AC was not in good condition but worked.
Everything was really good especially the staffs. I would rate this place a 9 only if the blankets were clean
Apart from blanket which had blood stain(most probably) everything was top notch.
It had a pool and the gardens were well kept. The reception staff were very helpful

Very pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms are beautiful, location ideal and staff so friendly and always ready to help.
The manager and all the staff were great, friendly, helpful. They organized our stay and also helped us finding a bus to Pokhara.
The room was big but not very clean. The bathroom, most of all, had some mold and the shower curtain felt dirty. The hotel is located near a big messy road, while I think this is a problem of the city, more than the hotel. The price of the room is high compared to the rest of Nepal; moreover in the restaurant one local beer costs 5 euro (800 rupies) that is an abnormal price for Nepal, really. How is it possible that I paid the beer the same price as in Rome? Let's go guys, I understand we are turists, but this is really too much.

... for the price is charging and looking at newer options in the vicinity, the hotel is in need to upgrade its premises, in particular, when it comes to the bathroom.
