Cons:

Dejé las toallas en el piso para que sean cambiadas y solo las recogieron, y tuvimos que usar las mismas en toda la reserva. El desayuno es muy básico y te colocan porciones mínimas así que si pides más te cobran.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Arena y Alas sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet – mit schöner Terrasse oder Balkon. Die Bungalows fügen sich wunderbar in die gepflegte Gartenanlage ein. Es gibt viele gemütliche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten rund um den kleinen Pool.
Der direkte Zugang zum breiten Sandstrand ist ideal für lange Spaziergänge. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Betreuung durch Frau Paola, die jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich war. Auch das Restaurant hat uns mit frischen Fisch-, Fleisch- und Pastagerichten überzeugt.
Ein rundum erholsamer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter!

La amabilidad de la encargada , fue muy atenta, el ambiente muy cómodo, la plata totalmente privada, todo muy bonito, fue una experiencia muy linda, me tocó la habitación 10, muy buena habitación y en un muy buen lugar con vista al mar

Una bonita experiencia, definitivamente volveriamos.
Pros:

Quedarnos en Alas & Arena fue genial. El hotel es muy lindo y personal super amable, con acceso directo a la playa, piscina y un excelente restaurante. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y sin mucho ruido, ideal para una estadia tranquila y relajada.

Cons:

La verdad es que no tengo quejas con el alojamiento, quizás podrian mejorar en el tiempo de respuesta antes llegar al hotel. Si respondieron todas nuestras dudas, pero se demoraron un poco.
